“Subway in West Terre Haute, is very clean and the girls and guy are just great. They all meet you with a smile. They make your subs the way you want them. When you are wanting to be waited on enjoy their lobby and they will be with you as soon as they can. If go to their website you can have your meals ready for you. on a walk-in or at their drive through window. They have a wonderful staff. If you order Ranch sometimes will ask would you like small, medium or large means a lot to make you smile for the time you have been waiting to order. So go and have a great time at the subway in West Terre Haute and have a great time. I myself will give them more than a five star. Because they are the best. You even have clean restaurant and the restrooms. They also sanitize everything do to the virus that are around. Too make life easier for everyone.Have a great day or great night. Good, fresh, food at a reasonable price with many numerous choices and combinations of cold roll ups or hot pressed, salads, soups, fresh-baked cookies, ice cream treats, and chips. Friendly staff. Quick service. Very clean restaurant. They have punch cards for frequent visits.“

“Only in today's economy would I rate a place 15 stars / 15 stars for food, service, and atmosphere but rate the place overall 4 stars bc of cost / pricing. $7 for something that has just meat and cheese on it? That's their Slims I'm talking about, so you can't just say well condiments are free bc they don't (and won't afaik) put any condiments on those. Otherwise this place is bomb. Always good food, always super fresh ingredients. To this day, I've only had one sub-5★ experience at Jimmy John's, and I've easily eaten there ~100 times. (Yes, that many. “Quality of bread and veggies were super fresh, loved it. But didn't like the way she put the dressings on top of the sandwich as it didn't go inside the sandwiyand all the dressings were stuck on the wrapping paper and totally eating worthless. But really liked the food quality.

Vegetarian options: They do have vegan and/or vegetarian options all the time. Best place for the people who eat vegetarian.

Kid-friendliness: Best place even for the kids.

Parking: They've got a huge parking lot. So no worries about parking your car or truck.

“Food only gets 3 stars bc this place is so dang expensive that I'm not sure the quality of their food, which is pretty high mind you, is worth the money that they charge. About 10 years ago, the "Slim" sandwiches were $2, and some would say that while their price has gone up 150% since then that it is fairing relatively well in relation to inflation. However, the cost for such a basic sandwich should have remained under $4, not the ~$5.50+ that they charge now. I mean all that you are getting is meat, cheese, and bread. What makes it weird for me is all of their "freebies" - veggies, mustard, oil, etc - are not free on the Slims. They will give you packets of mustard because they aren't "allowed" to use their fresh mustard? Surely that's just not cost effective at all. But I guess that's the whole idea behind the Slim subs. But to compare, for the same price as some footlong subs at Subway, the Slims are crazily overpriced.

“We just had a great experience at this location. In a world sorely lacking in good customer service, they had 2 young woman on this shift who were so friendly and sweet! They had genuine smiles & good attitudes while at work. It’s was so unlike other fast food locations in the area where you almost feel like your bothering them for being there. Such a refreshing experience!

“Small place with lots to offer. Freestyle soda machines, also the place is very, very clean everytime I've been in here. The workers are kind, making a sandwich is straight-forward and smooth, and the sandwiches themselves are amazing.

Parking: Connected to a gas station, there's not many spots but most likely you'll be in and out. But there's also a drive through here.“

The staff here is super friendly and very fast and efficient in the work they provide. I would most certainly say this is the best subway location in Terre haute! “We visited this place on Saturday, August 8, 2026. We were served by a very kind older gentleman. He was always smiling. By the way, he worked alone, but the place looked clean, and it was the first time I'd seen a covered food counter, protecting the vegetables from flies. Soft instrumental music was playing, creating a peaceful atmosphere for eating.

That gave me the confidence to eat there.“

“Ordered online last night (Friday 8/14) and when I entered to pick up two gentlemen were working. One of them greeted me when I entered, which is good. I was a little early so had to wait, but since I had a beverage with my order they automatically offered me the cup so I could fill up while I was waiting. The order was filled correctly, the food was delicious and it was done with a smiling face. Something you just don’t see everywhere you go. We visit TH often to visit family. “The subway has a large dining area. I really like that. It's not cramped into two booths like some other places are. The food is good as always. It's great to be able to make your own condiment decisions. Still don't have very many sides, just chips, but it's a good meal.
