Despite the long line and our complicated order (plus the chaos of my kids constantly changing their minds), Jake handled everything with ease and professionalism.

He was patient, confident, and incredibly knowledgeable, even helping us customize our order to fit specific dietary needs. Jake answered all our questions without hesitation and made us feel completely taken care of. This isn’t the first time he’s helped us either—and every single time, not one item has been forgotten or incorrect.

“I've been to many Portillo's and stopped here when I was out of town for work - this Portillo's is amazing! I'm partial to the chopped salad and had the best one at this Portillo's location - it was made perfectly. Also, the vibe is very friendly, and the service was great!“

“For what it is, great burger. I feel like dining in and ordering from the counter is usually much faster than the drive-thru - could be wrong though as I'd imagine it'd be a simple FIFO system but, again, it just feels that way. Not a fan of their fries but the delicious burger makes up for it.“

“We went pretty late 11:00pm it was pouring down rain and we had a big order. They had quite a few cars I’d say 10. These guys were running around working their buts off in the rain. They were pleasant our food was all there. All our sauces. Was a very pleasant experience! I called after we left to get their names and leave this review. “It's not McDonald's fault people don't know how to act as if they have sense. Overall staff was nice, got the order right which is always a plus and relatively quick.

“You know how some Subways make your sandwich with day old crusty bread? Well, this has yet to happen to me at this location. I’m serious, some Subways cannot be trusted with being consistent. If you’re in the area, this is a safe Subway for you. Also, the employees are always so friendly. Last time we were in Parker helped us, and she was such a sweetheart.“

“Picture this: Dec 31st, 9:58 pm. We were hungryyy… other 2 restaurants already kindly rejected us service ( understandably so). But here it is, KFC, not our first choice for different reasons. Went there with low expectations and OMG, the sweetest and most helpful voice came out of the drive-thru speaker. They went above and beyond and the food was FRESH and delicious. They were literally life savers. I’m really sorry I didn’t catch the name of the lady that served us but the owner can figure that out. She was amazing. We loved it! Thank you!!!“
