“Today my husband and I dropped by the Westville location to order some burgers for our dogs last meal. There was a cashier I believe named Trenton. This young man was a ray of light on one of our family's darkest days. While my husband was ordering he could notice that something was off. This young man asked if he was okay and my husband proceeded to tell him how we were on our way to put one of our four legged family members to sleep. This amazing young man then told my husband that he knows how hard that can be and that he just too put one of his animals to sleep. He then handed my husband a $25 gift card for McDonald's that he paid for with his own hard worked money. This man is an asset to the McDonald's team and a glimmer of hope in an often cruel world. Whoever raised this young man, I applaud you. You did one heck of a job and he will do great things for this world.“

“We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and Jordan and Nicole were so welcoming. They helped make suggestions on coffee and tea. The drinks were very well made and Jordan asked if we would like the banana bread we bought warmed up. Such nice personal touches in the coffee shop. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended if you are ever in the area.“

“Everyone is so friendly. It is refreshing in a cold world. I don’t know if the employees there realize how much they do for my soul. They are the bartenders for the recovering alcoholics. They are the only Good Morning for the over worked single mom. I know it may sound silly to most but when you are lonely and depressed you learn to appreciate the little things. “Hi I just want to say thank you for your outdoor mats and dog bowl water and treats! I've been an occasional customer and have never been disappointed with your drinks or service! But I specifically want to mention, I have become accustomed to lots of water bowls downtown especially during the recent heat wave but I realized on an early walk that none are there in the morning before the restaurants open for lunch! I knew I could count on you guys for my pup!“

“The staff are so sweet and attentive, and the location itself is phenomenal and has just the right vibe.I've been to starbucks where the coffee doesn't taste right, or the staff have this cold demeanor-- but everyone here is so warm and friendly, and the coffee tastes PERFECT.This is perfect for someone who's been waiting for a Starbucks in town besides just the one in the jewl-osco up the road.

Parking: The parking lot right behind the location is perfect if you're worried about backing up around a drive thru, or by a busy road. It's big, but is also separate from the Starbucks lot itself.“

“Today, at about 1:20 PM I pulled up to the Starbucks drive thru with a heavy heart and having suicidal thoughts. I was on my way to a doctors appointment to get some help. And as a Target Starbucks partner, I know how important customer connection is but it was different. The beautiful young girl at the window was the sweetest person ever and easily had conversation with me. she ended up telling me that she had a free mess up drink for me. And I know that it’s something so simple but I instantly felt like it was a reminder to hold on and that someone thought of me. I cried leaving. Coffee really is the key to the heart. So thank you guys for doing your job so well and always keeping a smile on your faces! Keep pouring your heart into each cup of coffee !! Thank you!“

“BEST DUNKIN DONUTS OUT THERE IN NORTHWEST INDIANA Lisa is amazing best employee very calm and friendly I would always come to make everyone’s day with a smile I love Dunkin I have autism and anxiety and she was the best worker to put a smile on my face congrats to Lisa and all the other workers I love the environment I spend like 130$ a month at Dunkin it’s my favorite restraunts but I’m making my own coffees at home to save some money and sometimes I have trouble remembering things when ordering there’s nothing wrong with that everyone is different and beautiful and unique in their own way the owner is actually a great guy some people understand you and some don’t“
