She jokes with my husband which he loves. She's funny, super sweet and such a great waitress. We've been coming here for a few months now, after leaving another pancake place, because of the food and service here. We bring all of out out of town guests here and upon a return visit this is where they want to come. Layla makes each visit the best part of our day!“

“We had three (3) appetizers, calamari, shrimp and meat board - all were delicious. Then one had the blue crab cakes, filet medallions, 8oz filet mignon, and white cheese Bacon burger. We will return as the wait staff were excellent and provided enough service that we were impressed. Fished the meal off with cream Brule, carrot cake and chocolate something. Needless to say, they had to roll us outa the restaurant.“

“I was very pleasantly surprised by this mom and Pop place. The menu was very full. My kids food was incredibly fresh. The fruit plate was real fresh strawberries blueberries, and bananas.

My kale fruit salad was lovely— delicious greens and very fresh vegetables and my husband’s hamburger he said was also delicious. Very impressed by the quality and the price.

“I have been to the Revery 3 times in the last 2 months and it gets better every time. Service is spot on. Love that you can make reservations. Crab cake bruschetta was great each time. Short ribs are so tender, we had the Halibut special a week ago, this week we had the meatloaf and it was really good. We shared the last two meals and was plenty to share. “Food was great and staff was very friendly. However they were very slow for a Thursday night. We had to wait more than 5 minutes just to be seated. They had everyone sitting on the patio which was fine because it was a nice night. But it took forever for our food to come and when asked about desert she said she would give us a few minutes to decide. It took our waitress 10 minutes to come back and check even though there was us and one table left. We ended up not getting desert. I know this was probably just a bad night for the staff which is why I gave service a four. More than anything it was just frustrating seeing how empty the place was for it to take that long.“

Context, a local business we come in pretty often at least monthly this time was for a birthday, never had an issue prior to this usually it’s a week day when we come in, Sunday evening isn’t the best time due to short staff and rushed the few who are here.

Overall we had some issues for the first time, they were corrected quickly for us and appreciate her listening to us and fixing the issue.“

To remedy the situation I challenged some regulars to a dart match and have never been more embarrassed in front of my son in my life (this is a compliment to the dartists). Went back again with my girlfriend but stayed away from the darts so I didn’t get flexed on in front of her. Best dart bar in the city though. And I noticed they are city tournament champs, so props to their clientele.“

Andrew and closing manager Deonte were two of the kindest and most hospitable guys I’ve ever met in the food industry!
