“No matter what time of day, Alex is always so cheerful and welcoming!! Starting off with what I thought would be a dreadful day but Alex quickly changes that around in just the drive thru! He also always gets me to upgrade my order to add more espresso shots or just to try something different and every time it doesn’t disappoint! Love this location ❤️“

“This has to be one of the most picturesque cheeseburgers I've ever gotten from McDonald's. Just stopped for a road trip lunch, got the quarter pounder with bacon and cheese and a basket of fries. Whoever was in the kitchen today was cooking up fire.“

“Such a cute coffee shop! The drinks are served in beautiful hand-made mugs. I got a matcha latte, and it was one of the rare occasions when a matcha latte actually tasted like matcha (sooo many places just give you an overly diluted drink loaded with sugar). Way to go!“

“We had the best morning here today. We had 3 rowdy boys in the kids corner and the staff didn’t mind at all how loud and rambunctious they were. We were able to enjoy coffee and each others company while our kids played in a safe, welcoming environment. The coffee bar was great and the food was even better! The staff were all so nice. We can’t wait to go back! This is such a great place for the community to have!“

“Yesterday I was in with my 4 year old son and unfortunately lost my car keys. I couldn’t find them anywhere and two employees (a guy and girl- I did not get their names) were extremely helpful. They were helping me look everywhere, even in the trash. The guy got a phone charger from his car since of course my phone died before I could call for help. He brought my son a Starbucks ornament and told him he could put it on our tree this year. They also gave my son a cake pop. Another guest who was sitting there offered his iPad with Disney + pulled up while we were waiting for family to bring me my spare and other guests also started helping look. I never ended up finding my car keys but the staff and guests truly made it the best situation in a bad situation. Your staff reminded me kind people still exist. :)“

“This place is great! They are always prompt and quick service, my order is always correct and tastes great. As soon as I pull in they see my car and always know what I want when I get up there. The whole staff is very friendly, but Prince is exceptionally great, he always knows exactly what I want and it tastes great!! :) I highly recommend this location :)“

“Shout out to the drive through staff yesterday afternoon 10/9/24. I had just left St. Vincent's ICU where I lost one of my best friends of 17 years. They either heard it in my voice or saw it on my face when I placed my order. That coffee was the 1st start on my journey moving forward again without him. Thank you for your kindness.“

“We drove from Franklin Indiana to try this place. I have to say they have the best gluten free and dairy free items I have ever had. The customer service was the best !! Everyone was so friendly. The cupcakes we purchased were the best I have ever had. We will defiantly be back.“

“Visiting from Charleston, SC! 3 generations (my teen daughter, my Mom and I) adored Hattie’s! Welcoming… cozy atmosphere with a variety of seating… rich, flavorful coffee… highly recommend the avocado toast and cinnamon & sugar toast… the bread tasted like it just came out of the oven. Economical! Hattie’s will be a regular stop when we visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
