Didn’t stop one guy from standing at the counter and causing a scene. He was rude and verbally abusive. The two young ladies behind the counter could not have handled the situation with any more professionalism and dignity than they did. Management should be made aware of well they did. “Earlier this afternoon I was having my sandwich getting ready to go to Meijer when a bus load of 25 boys and maybe 2 coaches showed up. The staff at JJ did not panic they simply took it all in stride and had everyone’s orders done and they were all seated in less than 10 minutes. That was impressive!!!
