“Ordered a veggie bowl nd the purple cabbage was way too hard, added potatoes which were overcooked nd hard as well. I requested extra Pico Gallo which was not provided nd I had to approach the counter 2get that honored. On the kiosk, I indicated dine-in but if that was overlooked..ok since my order was bagged. A review of the order I thought was rountine to avoid such. And finally while it may be a delivery issue, there were no forks, as advised. Good thing I carry extras.“

“We're traveling & couldn't deal with leftovers so we ordered the seafood nachos to split between the two of us. DELISH! The grilled shrimp were amazing, the tilapia so delicate, the crab perfection. The queso had a heat that snuck up on you. 5 star dinner! Had the Pink Cadillac & Blue Hawaiian margaritas; both tasty.

Kids meals come with a sundae - our son kiddo was more feeling the chips & queso so we got to enjoy it for dessert.

Great service. Nice atmosphere - music the right volume, a mix of sports on screens. Patio seating available. (We are inside; temp not too cold for kiddo, but pleasantly cool.)“

“Don't expect free chips and salsa. Don't ask for queso (queso is the word for cheese). If you want authentic Mexican food in a casual atmosphere, this is a restaurant to try. Tacos are Mexican street Tacos (no cheese and lettuce). The meals are large portions. I recommend the carnitas in verde sauce.“

“Let me preface. If I could give a 4.5/5, I absolutely would. The service wasn't bad, but it was incredibly slow--two hours by the time we entered and left.

I got to check this place out on a work trip... The food was incredible (apart from the chicken nachos--they were good... But compared to the rest of the items we got, sub-par).

That said, the bites were incredible. Get the Bazooka Jane. 💯“

“Crispy and slightly salty homemade nachos eaten by themselves or with a flavorful salsa is a perfect way to start the meal. My son ordered the Chicken Quesadilla, which was really good. Perfectly cooked with a hint of smoke from the char topped with creamy cheese with fresh pico. There was just enough for a fresh and cool flavor to add additional flavor to the chicken. My wife ordered the Nachos Platter with Chorizo. She noticed that there was a lot of queso at the bottom of the plate that made some chips soggy, but there was so much delicious tasting chorizo, nacho chips, and toppings that she never got to the bottom of the plate. I ordered the Chicken Mole platter. The chicken was tender and had some good flavor from the mole sauce. The mole sauce was good, but it was too thin and lacked some flavors I would expect from a mole sauce. The rice was clumpy, and the refried beans lacked flavor. Overall, it was a delicious meal.“

“Buddy and I dropped in on a chilly day, with light snow falling that morning. The moment we stepped inside, the air felt warm and inviting. We were quickly greeted by the hostess and seated right away.

For context, Buddy is my 110-lb service animal, and they thoughtfully found us a comfortable spot off to the side where we could both settle in. That kind of consideration means a lot. The staff were genuinely kind, and the warmth in their service felt heartfelt from start to finish.

The street tacos were packed with incredible flavor — fresh, bold, and satisfying. And like any great Mexican meal, it was all washed down with a Coca-Cola.

“Stopped in at this Mexican restaurant, and it was downright tasty. Food come out hot and fresh, full of flavor, and the portions were plenty big. Chips and salsa hit the spot, and the tacos were some of the best I’ve had in a while. Folks workin there were friendly and kept my drink full without me askin. “I stopped going to the one in Avon because they were not friendly, and got my order wrong more than half the time. so I went to this location. SOOO much better!! Staff was friendly, food was perfect and it was exactly what I ordered. Wish the Avon location would take notes. Will be going to this location from now on“

“Overall, I enjoy Chipotle. I have been coming to this location for more than 7 years, and they have maintained their quality through lots of staff and management changes, which speaks volumes, in my opinion.

Vegetarian options: They offer sofritas. My sister doesn't eat meat, and she will often get a burrito bowl with just beans, rice, lettuce, and veggies and have chips and queso. She isn't a fan of sofritas because they taste like meat, which she doesn't like the taste of, so that's a hard NO for her.

Parking: Overall, parking is not an issue, but this place is popular, so a certain times the lot gets full .

Wheelchair accessibility: The door opening is large, and the line is large. I am not handicapped so this is just speculation, but it "appears" to be wide enough, but only someone in a wheelchair can truly speak to it.“
