“Honestly, one of the best venues in Hyde Park for donuts, breakfast sandwiches and solid coffee. The quality of the coffee of starbucks has been terrible ever since their new CEO. Stans in hyde park has become apart of many of my friends and law student friends at u of c staple. Camille and staff are super delightful. Highly recommend you get the keto sandwich as it's my personal favorite.“

“For a small Dunkin, the morning crew is always friendly and on point. The evening crew is too, but I mostly go in the AM.
The donuts are not same and not made in house, but that's most of them, now.
I mostly get drinks and never had an issue.“

“Every time I come into this Dunkin my coffee and my food be so on point January is the best manager they had in this place since I’ve been coming here and her daughter China is the goat on the coffee I come in my order is ready I’m never late for work I wanna commend these ladies they do a marvelous job keep up the good work“

“Dunkin’ Donuts is an okay place donuts is always a hit it’s just when it comes to the coffee just seems to be to strong, but I can say the French vanilla coffee if it’s made right it’s amazing, so far at this location they have a really great staff considering the area the location is placed in. Thanks guys ! Nice work !!“

“If you guys have ever been to this Dunkin Donuts! , you know the customer service is A+. I go here faithfully every morning in my way to work! The manager is an awesome God-fearing guy who treats his customers with a pleasant attitude day in and day out! Customer service is everything and take your girl’s word… they are GREAT! There is a Dunkin right by my house and I pass it up to go here! ?. It’s the energy for me! Great new manager“

“Didn't know coffee could be so expensive, like this isn't Starbucks....I got a large iced Carmel coffee with espresso, a LG black coffee and two doughnuts=$17...where they do that at??? Evidently here. No morning smile from the man placing the order, they had a display displaying some signature coffeeies but didn't or couldn't make what I was really asking so what's the point of having the display....smdh“

“I was pleasantly surprised today, matcha latte with cold foam made well. Hash browns hot and tasty. I was greeted with a hello, by a very kind woman. I was there during the morning rush. I did pick up through the app for faster service. IDon’t normally write reviews but was expecting much worse based off the previous reviews. Hopefully that’s a sign management is listening to customers and treating their workers fairly“

“I went to the location on Ridge Road in Gary and was not happy. It took over 10 minutes to get a coffee. The counter full of donut crumbs and the help was rude. Then my coffee was mildly warm. Not hot. I usually go to the Dunkin on Grant Street where I always get great service. I will not return to the Ridge Road location.“

“This is the same staff that also runs Dunkin donuts. As my other review stated these workers seem to have good days and bad days. Unfortunately there shouldn't be that many bad days. When ordering here they tend to not complete the order correctly.“

“The sausage croissant was okay but this is concerning honesty. I drove off without my receipt or my change $17. I called them and they told me they saw that and I went back and they gave me back my money. People don't do that in today's world and you don't even have a receipt. That's honesty. I was used to it back in the '60s and '70s but not today. Just want to give him their props for that. I will be a customer of theirs from now on and as I said the food was okay too“

“I've been a regular every morning 4 at least 2 years and the crew at this location is fantastic! They always make my coffee exactly right. No other dunkin can. And even when I was in a car accident and door dashed my coffee they still made sure my coffee was right. Love you Grant st crew and management!“

“This Dunkin is alright but they charge you full price for refills. So I would go to the other Calumet city Dunkin because they do give you a big discount for refills they only charge $1.90 for an extra large refill. This Dunkin charged me $3.20 for an extra large refill.“

“There is no Dunkin like you guys. Literally OG. Never had a bad coffee, never had an overpowered refresher, and I’ll always be tempted by your fresh donuts. Anyone who says anything bad about you guys deserves the kinda coffee you get at the Dunkin on 117th and Avenue O.“
