“My daughters and I have experienced this Charley’s a few times and the service has been great each visit. The food is excellent with the fries and chicken perfectly fried.

I did try the bacon cheese fries one and wasn’t a fan because the cheese was flavorless.

“Everything was wonderful! Let’s start off with the service. I wasn’t very familiar with the different types of sauces and they offered me a sample of each to try in order to help me to decide which sauce to select for my meal. Everything came out fast, and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. NOEL AND JOVANA were SUPERB! They showed us pictures of everything and explained all of the options and we really enjoyed the food. It was very good. Everything was cooked perfectly, well seasoned, but not over seasoned, but still light. We live in the neighborhood and will definitely come back again. Everything was fantastic!“

“I JUST ordered about an hour ago from DoorDash and I haaad to get on here to let y’all know. I only got to take a picture of the Ropa Vieja Beef Bowl because I practically inhaled everything else right before. The Beef Baco is good, Picadillo Egg Roll was yummy as well. The Chorizo Egg Roll was BOMB. And the Ropa Vieja Beef Bowl is just too good. Meat is tender and all the flavors work really well together. Can’t wait to try even more from here!“

The food and drinks are great (obsessed with the lavender lemonade they make in the summer), the bar itself is very cool and historic and their outdoor patio is dog friendly. My husband has done the distillery tour for his bachelor party and thought it was really fun. Highly recommend!“

“First time Golden Bear in Lansing. The food and service was great. However, when I checked my bank account I was charged $9.98 more then the amount on the receipt I received from the register. When I went back the manager was very nice & helpful. She refunded the $. The restaurant receipt had the same amount. I pulled up my bank account & showed her the amount from my bank. We both thought it was so strange! Maybe the register malfunctioned? Again the manager was awesome!“

Depending on when you go the line (drive thru) can be very long!! Always worth the wait for me,but some people will stay in their cars on the main street (Sibley) waiting for a spot in the parking lot. It’s a pretty small space on the inside. Their flavored iced type drinks are good too. They accept cash,debit/cc/AP! The staff I’ve dealt with over the years have always been friendly! I’ve had other meals overtime too,but I really enjoy the chicken the most. Almost forgot,burritos are good too!! They also follow instruction regarding how you want your food prepared. “This might've been a one time thing but my burger came out pretty dry. They really cooked that patty. The toppings were portioned well, I was just surprised that the jalapenos are raw not pickled. The milkshake that I ordered took almost 15 minutes after I got my burger to make. The milkshake itself was good, it was pretty thick and the straws are regular soda pop straws. Really expensive for the quality this time.“
