“My daughters and I have experienced this Charley’s a few times and the service has been great each visit. The food is excellent with the fries and chicken perfectly fried.

I did try the bacon cheese fries one and wasn’t a fan because the cheese was flavorless.

I wasn’t very familiar with the different types of sauces and they offered me a sample of each to try in order to help me to decide which sauce to select for my meal. Everything came out fast, and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. NOEL AND JOVANA were SUPERB! They showed us pictures of everything and explained all of the options and we really enjoyed the food. It was very good. Every time I go there, at least one staff member is in a very bad mood, which affects the overall atmosphere and experience. I can sympathize if they are unhappy with working conditions or other issues, but I still think every customer deserves a decent experience and should not be made to feel undesired just for being there. Hope you talk about this issue and try to make it better, because this place is wonderful and the food soulful, but I personally also look for a place where I feel welcome and appreciated, also in view of the prices.“

“We ❤️ Thornton Distilling!! We come here regularly and I just realized I've never left a review encouraging others to check it out. The food and drinks are great (obsessed with the lavender lemonade they make in the summer), the bar itself is very cool and historic and their outdoor patio is dog friendly. My husband has done the distillery tour for his bachelor party and thought it was really fun. Highly recommend!“

“First time Golden Bear in Lansing. The food and service was great. However, when I checked my bank account I was charged $9.98 more then the amount on the receipt I received from the register. When I went back the manager was very nice & helpful. She refunded the $. The restaurant receipt had the same amount. I pulled up my bank account & showed her the amount from my bank. We both thought it was so strange! Maybe the register malfunctioned? Again the manager was awesome!“

There are only a 4 tables to seat and eat, and if they are full, you just have to stand and wait for your turn. Very homemade meal. “We always love the food from Cracker Barrel. This last visit was unfortunately not very good. We had to continuously ask for syrup for the pancakes and then when they brought them, they brought the wrong kind as we needed sugar-free by the time they did get it to us pancakes were a little bit better than lukewarm. The eggs were not cooked the way we had asked. The service was very slow and although all this sounds bad, we will of course be going back because most of the time it’s good service and good food. “My review is based solely off of their chicken!!!!!!! They have some really good,well seasoned chicken! Their fries are really good too! I order the wings (also 1/4 white) with and without sauce,but when I do get sauce it’s definitely their mild because it’s very tasty! Their food is cooked to order and it’s always fresh! Depending on when you go the line (drive thru) can be very long!! Always worth the wait for me,but some people will stay in their cars on the main street (Sibley) waiting for a spot in the parking lot. It’s a pretty small space on the inside. Their flavored iced type drinks are good too. They accept cash,debit/cc/AP! The staff I’ve dealt with over the years have always been friendly! I’ve had other meals overtime too,but I really enjoy the chicken the most. Almost forgot,burritos are good too!! They also follow instruction regarding how you want your food prepared. The sandwich was packed with juicy steak, onions, peppers, and gooey cheese—no skimping here. Fries were crispy and seasoned just right. Service was quick, and the staff was friendly.
