While I'm sure the customer's issues were valid, the response was not proportional. The employee handled it best she could, and from someone who's worked food industry, I know how hard moments like that are to handle.“

My only complaint is that they were out of cinnamon raisin biscuits and that was what my wife wanted. The pancakes and fries bologna biscuit was good. But I can't get enough of the hash rounds. The condiments area was almost completely empty and they seemed a little short staffed. That being said, those who were there were friendly and helpful in getting what we needed. “Driving from Hartford City to this at 1am as a 3rd shifter. Always fresh and the line to wait on well worth it for the best McD's within 2 hours of home. All flagship burgers/food have always been put together as expected and taste fresh. The line happens only 1 or 2 employee's working hope they are being paid well because they are doing everything right coming out the drive thru window. I will update if I ever get disappointed but so far 4 visits and still impressed! -BK“

She is wonderful, she greets with an infectious smile, knows her customers, even though I don't go too often she recognized me and had my sauces prepared without even having to ask. I have overheard her being uplifting to her coworkers. She makes the experience wonderful every single time, and I just can't say enough nice things about her!!“

“For a Taco Bell I have to get a credit. As much as I hate the current store design with self-service kiosks the staff are very friendly. The kiosks are slow as you have to press your selection multiple times to place your order. The service is incredibly fast. Plenty of parking with easy access. The food is what it is. No one goes to Taco Bell because they think the food is some sort of delicacy. It is quick sustenance that is somewhat overpriced for what it is.“

“When I first stopped I had plans on grabbing and taking it to-go! But this employee made me feel so welcomed that I decided to sit in and eat. I didn’t get his name, but he was very patient and polite! I had no idea what I wanted! Luckily he recommended the tuna sandwich! Never tried tuna like that but I’m glad I did! Delicious! First time stopping at Subway in Daleville, IN for lunch, but it definitely won’t be the last!“

“Just had my very first Popeyes experience here and it was worth it. The ordering was quick, the drive thru worker was nice, and the food was absolutely delicious. Had a Bacon and Cheese Sandwich combo with Cajun fires while my mother had a 3 Piece combo with mashed potatoes. All and all, this place gives KFC a run for it's money.“

“You could give people what they ordered and paid for. I got a delivery through ubereats. My apple turnover was missing. Fries were hard as rocks. My brisket sandwich was mostly fat, literal fat( see pic, yes thats supposed to be brisket). Milkshake was completely melted. And fast food workers want $15 an hour 🤦‍♂️“

“Always consistently the cleanest and friendliest fast food restaurant around anywhere. The morning Centre especially is always friendly and cheerful. They don’t act like they resent having to be there like most restaurants these days. They seem to get along and enjoy working with one another. Highly recommend eating here for an experience hardly available anymore.“

“Always love stopping by here when I pass by Muncie and want something quick to eat. I will say sometimes the workers can take a minute to actually show up if it's not busy but, when they show up they are usually very quick making your order and giving reasonable amounts onto it. Besides the possible wait I really have no issue.“

I like mom and pop shops for my Chinese food, but I've gotten a bad string of undercooked food from several establishments lately, so a plain-Jane chow mein + two entrees is very appealing.
