“Well, first time and heard rave reviews. So, I had to try it for myself. Went over the holidays and felt a lil lazy. They were swamped but service was quick and food was delicious . My first time having carry out in Indy and they did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend. Oh, I had the monster Crab Rangoon but it's couldn't make the photo session“
“My Boo has been craving Pad Thai so we chose Thai Select because we haven't been to this establishment yet. Selecting a snowy weathered day, we hoped to arrive with minimal guest to share the atmosphere with; we were correct; empty, we owned the afternoon and that added to the romance.Beautifully lite. Rustic but true in content scenery for the origin. Service was delightful and prompt. Chose the Sampler platter to try all the appetizers at once, like why not right?! Delicious and with a variety of flavors for your pallet, I was impressed. Entrees and soups came next and we had to take some to go. Show Cases abundance in portion size not lacking of desire to finish. We left stuffed and fully satisfied ?“
“This place has only been opened for 1 year. Walked past it before it was opened for lunch, so we Googled it, and it had really good reviews!! We highly recommend this restaurant!! The food was very good!! And the hospitality was just as good!! We will be back to this location again in the future!! Very good!“
“We had been searching for a good Thai place in Indy and then we heard about this restaurant! Came highly recommended and the reviews everywhere were stellar. Now I'm here to add another great review I guess! I ordered take out, and it was ready in 15 minutes. Food was packed well, was still warm and secure when I got home to eat. I loved the drunken noodles/pad kee mow!! Medium spice was perfect for a little spice flavor without being too much. It's my go to dish and did not disappoint. My husband is a wimp on spice and mild was perfect for him. Spring rolls and crab rangoons were soooo good! The crab Rangoons come in a big order and I know the leftovers will be great in the air fryer! The inside is small, but does have limited seating. The people working were so nice and helpful when I asked a couple questions. We have finally found our new go to Thai restaurant!“
“Kid’s used their raincheck for an occasion wisely. So glad Tin's House, Halal Thai Cuisine & Sushi has opened back. Besides our regular Pad See Ewe/Sticky Rice w/ Noodles and the Thai Dumplings we tried some new items from the menu and loved all of them. Crispy Chicken in appetizers was great. I requested a House Salad instead of the rice with the Pad Khing/Ginger Meat and I can have that EVERY SINGLE DAY….sooo good!!!! Also tried the Khao Pad/Fried Rice w/ beef this time and couldn't decide if it was better with beef or chicken, just as good. A new entrée we tried was the Pepper Steak/Prik Nuea w/ white rice, a hit as well. I was anxiously waiting for dessert as we had been going in winters and they do not have Sticky Rice w/ Fresh Mango during that time so finally got to try it and we are definitely having it every time we do as long as it's on the menu. Forgot to take it's pic as we were dying to try it so put up something that I found online, hence the bad resolution :) Overall experience was great as always. Fresh and great quality food…came out will full and highly satisfied stomachs Alhamdulillah!!! — eating dinner at Tin's House, Halal Thai Cuisine & Sushi.“
“I have to admit, Htaw Metta was not our first choice on a Sunday evening, but our favorite Thai place was closed and the reviews were great so we gave it a try and so glad we did, a new go-to spot! We ordered takeout and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. Staff was very polite and friendly, even at the end of the day. Interior is pretty basic, don’t expect anything fancy. We ordered the banana fritters and chicken spring rolls for appetizers and both were good. The entrees is where things went to 5-stars! The Pad kra Prao with chicken was outstanding, perfect mix of vegetables and protein, super-flavorful, and spot on for spice level! Same for the yellow curry with chicken. Portions seemed fairly generous, we both had seconds with enough left over for one more meal from each. As with other Thai restaurants, prices seem a bit steeped compared to typical Chinese, but on par with other Thai restaurants and love that they have some Burmese options too. One word of caution, if you’re like us, it’s so darn good that you just may eat more than you planned!!“
“We ordered takeout and were extremely happy with this hole-in-the-wall! First, we got and incredible 11 spring rolls in our order. Second, the sweet and sour tofu was the best tofu I’ve ever eaten. Plenty of rice comes with the dishes, the portions are huge, and prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!“
“Despite the innocuous name, this restaurant ended up being delicious and far above the average bar. The atmosphere was lovely, it's February and they served the rice in heart shapes with lots of decorations as well. The waitresses were very nice!“
“Best thai food in Indy ! We have been coming here for years and when I worked nearby I would eat lunch here 3x per week. The food is always delicious, healthy and high quality every time ! And the staff are welcoming, kind and accommodating. Thank you Eat Thai for all the delicious meals and good memories.“
“I ordered the mild chicken pad Thai for dinner and the portion was plenty! The flavor was phenomenal with the weren't amount of sauce. I was very impressed. The inside is very clean and our waitress was efficient and friendly. Great price for great portions!“
“One of our favorite delivery options ~ but they also have a great dine in bar area. Highly recommend food from there ~ it’s quite fresh with good vegetables (not the typically canned type) lemongrass, they can add spice or back off as needed. Love the food here.“
“I went here today. I ordered picked up right before they closed. They were very nice to me and all the food tasted great. They were cleaning when I came in and stopped to acknowledge me which i really appreciated it. They even told me to sit down and they walked the order over to me. They even included utensils without me asking. I would definitely go here again. I had pad Thai, thai salad roll, a spring roll, and thai dumplings.“
“Our go-to Thai in Brownsburg. Lunch special for $10 and a full menu the rest of the time. Friendly service and great food. They never disappoint. I love their curries and several of the chef's specialties. Large portions and a good atmosphere.“
“Thai Thai is located in the former Sawasdee site. We tried them for dinner for the first time this evening. I personally rate it as the best Thai food I have tasted in the north side of this town.We ordered a small bowl of Thai noodle soup with tofu, Yum Woon Sen (glass noodle salad with pork slices), Basil duck stir fry, Vegetables lover with pork. All came with rice (See photos) .All dishes were cooked with very fresh ingredients, the pork and duck were tender and NOT overcooked like many other Thai in town. More importantly, their sauce is NEVER sweet like many other Thai joints in town. All in all, a very pleasant discovery after so many other Thai disappointments in this town. We will go back and also recommend this restaurant to our friends and in here.[Disclaimer: they did not ask me to say all these good words. These are our honest but critical assessments].“
“Decent Thai food if you're in the area. It's fairly small inside so accommodating larger groups might be difficult or impossible. They do offer "Extra Thai Hot" which is actually spicy enough for me as it seems so many other places play it pretty safe.Parking: Can't enter from the rear so if you park in back, where most of the available parking is, you have to walk all the way around to the front to get inside.“
“Thai Papaya is one of my favorite restaurants to go for lunch. The restaurant is a tiny hole-in-the -wall in a little crowded strip mall. They have seating for about thirty at a dozen close tables and it fills up quickly, so you need to get there early. There is one large table that can accommodate 8 set-up regularly. The servers are always attentive and friendly. Jip was our server today and he was super. The lunch menu offers a wide selection of Thai favorites and everything on the menu is delicious. I generally start with soup, which is a tasty Thai sour broth, but you have a choice of spring roll or Thai salad. Today, I had the Pad Kee Mao with chicken (aka Drunken Noodles). You can adjust the heat level to your preference and I had medium heat. The sauce is made in-house and delicious. The portion is generous with a lot of crispy vegetables and thick noodles. I like the Pad Thai, too, and I hear the Green Curry is good, as well. They serve dinner, too and do a robust carry-out and delivery business. There is one unisex bathroom that needs some attention. You can get beer or wine.“
“We’ve been here quite a few times, and we love it! It’s hidden in an unassuming shopping mall strip, but you walk inside to such a beautiful space! The food is superb. They run on a lean staff but you never know it, because the service is fantastic and they are always happy to see you. You know it’s a great place when the take out table always seems packed!“
“I loved everything about my experience here. Curries are made without fish sauce and can be made vegan with tofu and veggies. Pad Thai can be made gluten free and tastes bright and like tamarind. Service was excellent and attentive once we were seated.Dietary restrictions: Our top choices as vegan and/or gluten free were easily available. Pad Thai and curries were flavorful and honestly the best I've ever eaten.Parking: Strip mall parking lot. We came Sunday night and there were plenty of spaces, though those closest to the restaurant were filled up.Kid-friendliness: 4 options on the kid menu. Not the most kid friendly atmosphere, though staff is welcoming and accommodating.Wheelchair accessibility: No accessibility buttons for the doors. Is on ground level and can be accessed with a wheelchair. The doors may present a struggle without help due to tight spacing.“
“Love this place. Hidden gem.Love the Green Curry, the Beef Jerky, Spring Rolls, and the chicken. If you are getting the curry the medium is pretty hot. So if you’re spice sensitive order wisely. I’m someone who enjoys spicy things but this is a slow burn. You won’t know how spicy it is until after a few minutes haha. But it’s delicious.“
“Thai District is one of the most incredible restaurants in the area. Brownsburg is incredibly fortunate to have an eatery that offers serene atmosphere, competitive prices, and INCREDIBLE flavor. Do not hesitate to make Thai District your go-to dinner spot.“
“Initially, I enjoyed the pictured basil fried rice on a chill and gloomy Saturday after an impromptu trek for a new and intriguing cologne. The atmosphere was so: quaint, inviting, yet soothing and undemanded. I exiled my self-indulgence for a moment to invite wife out to partake in a Sunday evening soiree of authentically spiced Thai cuisine at my new found secret....she too concluded, "this is some of the best in the city!"“
“This is the best Japanese/Thai restaurant to me in Indianapolis!!. My husband and I have drove by this place so many times and never stopped to check it out until recently..and I'm soooo glad we did!!! I truly truly truly recommend eating here if you like true Japanese/Thai food..by far this is our favorite place to eat!!“
“One of the best lunch specials in the city! It includes your generous lunch entree, a spring roll, and a light rice noodle soup. You can easily order online or call your order in. I love that they include eggplant in their green curry, as well. I'll be ordering on the regular!“
“Great for a quick lunch! We popped in the other day while buzzing around the Whitestown area. The server was quick to seat us and take our order both without making us feel rushed. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated from Valentine's Day. The food was super tasty and reasonably priced, too. Definitely worth a pop in if you want a good Thai lunch.“
