“My partner and I stopped into Taqueria El Aguila for the first time tonight. We ordered food to go and sat to watch Friday night bingo during the very short wait! Very welcoming atmosphere and people. The food was delicious and everything on the menu sounds amazing. We will be back to explore more of the menu and we might just have to get in on a game of some bingo!!!”

“Love the small plates, the menu and the fun vibe. My only complaint is it can be noisy. But it if you're young that won't bother you! Grab a booth if you can if you're my age and the noise is a little less. Service is great!”

“Pros: amazing food, great staff, good beer choices.Cons: cleanliness, parking (college town), no handicap ramp.First off Id like to say that this review was hard for me to right because I had to take emotions out of it and be completely objective.I want to start by saying that our server was new and that I wont be too critical on the circumstances that arose from that.My wife and I have enjoyed this restaurant nearly a dozen times and have love the food and experience every time, mind you these were all to go orders, so this review is purely based on our in dining experience.Before arriving for my mother-in laws birthday dinner we placed a reservation for a booth looking out the window which was seamless and smooth. We arrived and were greeted by Akhil who was friendly and did his absolute best to accommodate our needs. (The women in the group have a tendency to ask for a lot of side options lol).Upon sitting in the booth you can tell that this is a restaurant in a college town as the booths were dirty and what appeared to be food was on the backs of some of the stalls. The food is a five star and if you are someone looking for a clean atmosphere to match this may not be it. For those who have OCD around their food this may not be it. The food was great as well as the wine and beer.One thing I want to discuss here is an occurrence that took place during our meal. While in the middle of deep conversation and reflection at the table a little girl came over to our table. From the looks of it she was still pretty young and I believe she was related o the manager who later came and told her to leave us be. But before this the little girl stood there for approximately 45 seconds to a minute interrupting us by chanting na nana na na while pulling up here shirt. The first time we thought it was funny and then went back to our conversation to be interrupted several more times. At this point it became slightly obnoxious. Now don't get me wrong I understand that this is normal behavior for children and common place in other cultures, I just felt that it was not conducive for atmosphere component. When the manager came over to get here there was not an acknowledgment of us.With this one annoyance I think that the in house experience was worth it and would dine in again if I see a change in the cleanliness of the booths.”

“I finally was able to drive two hours to try this amazing new restaurant in Manhattan. The food was absolutely amazing. The ribs were the best I have ever had. My husband had the brisket and was very impressed how awesome it was. Portions were great and all the sides delicious. We will definitely be back next time we go back to visit ❤️❤️❤️”

“First time at the Manhattan location. Don’t let the outside fool you. Inside is great. Food is fantastic. Service was excellent. Extensive wine list, and a full bar for those who don’t like wine. While I don’t recommend it for families with children - It is great for couples.”

“The food is great but who doesn’t like fried chicken with gravy? Especially in the Midwest. It’s a stamped! Leaving someone as simple as gravy off of the menu is a fairly bad business idea. It cost cents & would attract a ton of business as silly as it sounds. The chicken & the break is great!”

“We dined here with a large group, including 3 young grandchildren. We called on our way and they had our table waiting for us when we arrived. We had two great waitresses who were super attentive, thorough, sweet, and on top of their ballgame. Everyone's food was absolutely delicious! Such a great experience here tonight!”

“We are in Manhattan for a wedding and decided to do some pre-gaming at Porters. This is a very cool bar with a great vibe. Good food options and plenty of beer. The bartenders are super cool !!! I'm happy too because they offer Ballast Point”

“This is a hidden gem in the K-State student union that offers a fantastic dining experience with top notch food! The pretzel sticks are amazing and soft. The dipping sauces for the pretzels add a lot of flavor one is mustard based and the other is cheese! The pulled pork sandwiches are great and the BBQ sauce trio are delicious poured on top. Overall the food is amazing and well worth a visit. I can't wait to eat here again.”
