“Came for my son's request Birthday dinner. Felt rushed, server kept trying too remove my wife's plate even though she wasn't finished. Called at 12:30pm and asked for a table ahead of time was told that the person that took my call would speak with the manager on that shift and would take care of the table request. Even said the time we would be attending. Didn't get that table that was requested. I understand that it is a first come first service situation. But was not told that when I called. I can say I am never disappointed when we come here. But this time Didn't feel the same way as we usually just show up. Food was great and my son was not disappointed.“

“We attended a private event for approximately 50 guests at Austin's on Lone Elm this weekend. The taco bar was quite tasty, and stocked repeatedly for our group as needed. While the party was fun, it was ever more memorable due to our two servers, Mikaela and Jeremy. These two were so fun, exuberant and hard working professionals. Their constant smiles while keeping up with the drink orders with precision was fantastic! They were go getters from the start and made an already fun day even better. “Occasionally they serve a runny milkshake. Just call them out and you will get your money back. (It’s usually a new kid.) Classic open air eating and locals chatting. It’s not healthy but it cools you off on a hot day, and it’s great for meeting friends.
