Casa Ramos offers a great dining experience with amazing food and a unique atmosphere. The restaurant has a modern vibe and is hidden in its new location, but it's definitely worth the search. The menu features fresh guacamole made in front of you, delicious street tacos, and other Mexican dishes. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it a great spot for any occasion. The new location is spacious, and the service is almost always excellent. Food is good with large portions. Table side guacamole was fun and tasty. Their margaritas are good and can sometimes be strong. The carnitas street tacos are also delicious. Warm, thick and crispy chips with thick and flavorful salsa was very delicious. This place is a staple in Emporia.
The guacamole is fantastic and is a must-try. The service is impeccable, and the staff is warm and inviting. The restaurant has moved locations several times, but the excellent service has remained consistent. The current location is a large building that used to be a lumbertard. The chicken taquito appetizer is a favorite, with enough left over for a reheated meal the next day. The burritos are excellent, though the limited salsa and late delivery of fresh chips with the queso could be improved.
