As someone who has personally serviced their kitchen equipment, I can honestly say both locations keep an extremely clean and professional back of the house. Their kitchens are spotless, organized, and very well maintained, which says a lot about how much they care about quality and their customers. The staff is always friendly, respectful, and welcoming every time I’ve been there. You can tell they take pride in both their food and customer service. “My family and I came in to try Jumpin Catfish for the first time for my mom and I’s birthday. We were given a nice, quiet table in the back. Chris (sp?)was our server and she was absolutely wonderful! We were immediately brought out hot, fresh hush puppies followed by navy beans and coleslaw. This was all included with our meals! Two of us ordered AYCE Crab legs, which were accompanied by mashed potatoes and an endless supply of hot melted butter that was kept warm at the table. Another of our group got the AYCE catfish and loved it! There was also fried chicken and peel and eat shrimp which were all thoroughly enjoyed. The service was phenomenal and we were even given cobbler to take home for our birthdays but Chris went above and beyond and gave us a candle to blow out. Overall, the whole staff was AMAZING. They came to our aid this evening and I will be ensuring to pass that onto the owner. What a great experience, we will be life long customers.“
