“Ehhh Bite Me! After strolling the mean streets of downtown Wichita this evening we made a stop at Bite Me BBQ on St. Francis. My travel partner and I shared the triple threat consisting of some fantastic spare ribs, chopped brisket, and pulled pork. The wimpy sauce had the perfect mix of sweet and just a little spice. We paired the protein with some homestyle mac n cheese and potato salad. Definitely worth the visit and the high customer ratings.“

Despite arriving just before opening time at 4:50 PM, the owner graciously welcomed us in and guided us through the menu. “This is my first time writing a review, but Maple Street Pizza certainly deserves one. We have ordered their pizza on multiple occasions and it has consistently been delicious. It is my favorite pizza place. Unfortunately, when we placed a carry-out order tonight and arrived home, we discovered that we had received the wrong order. I contacted the restaurant and they promptly offered to remake our order and even deliver it to our house! Even though they don't usually offer delivery service. We were all very impressed, and the staff was very apologetic and so accommodating. i couldnt say enough good things about Maple Street. They went above and beyond to make things right and made some very happy customers.“

“We utilized their catering service and were very pleased with it. We had a nice variety of four sandwiches and two soups to provide to the guests. The soups were ready to serve as they came in individual bowls. We were especially glad to have the tomato bisque - my favorite. They were easy to work with. We don't utilize catering often, but I will assure you that we will continue to utilize the restaurant.“

“I live in Kansas City and hosted a bridal shower for a family member here today. I looked for something special, but not too fancy,, and this was perfect!! What a great experience! Everyone ordered from the menu- salads, soups, sandwiches, and then dessert and beverages. Everything was delicious! Generous portions, too. People got what they liked, and I didn't have to worry about food allergies or dislikes. I would highly recommend!“

“The best sandwiches, salads, and salad dressings you'll ever have in Wichita!!! Never been disappointed with anything I have gotten from here. My favorite sandwich is the club. The pretzel bun that comes with it is sooo good. And the lime vinaigrette for salad dressing is amazing!“

“C.J was an amazing server. He was going around refilling peoples drinks, taking customers trays, cleaning tables right when customer's left. I was sitting there while my son was playing in the play area and I had half of a wrap left over, he asked if I wanted a bag for my wrap or an ice water while I waited for my son to finish up playing. You never see that type of amazing service at a fast food restaurant.“

“Great place! The chicken salad and smoothie lunch combo were delicious. The owner was super kind and helpful in choosing from his many smoothie options. You can taste the freshness in the food. My one complaint was that some of the strawberry seeds didn’t get all blended up, but that’s pretty tough and still tasted amazing. A hidden gem that I will visit again!“

“The food was delizioso! Fresh and crisp salad, ample servings of entree and piping hot! The atmosphere was a little distracting... restaurant itself was clean and pleasant but a very loud kitchen. Our server was very attentive however too soft spoken. My mother had to ask her to repeat things way too often.“

“I went today to pick up my to go order. My car was stuck on ice/ snow pulling in…. Aaron came out and helped me get my car in the parking lot. No jacket just willing to help a customer!! McAlister’s soup and sandwich is always good on a cold day or any day!!“

“Fast, friendly service. CLEAN They also offer a gluten free bun that we had with our grilled chicken sandwiches. Our cashier asked if we had a gluten "allergy" :) our receipt had printed instructions to the prep crew to make sure they changed gloves before handling our food and the buns were individually wrapped. We now have a fast food option here in Wichita that is safe for us to eat at.“

“I'm not a fan of hot sandwiches; but this sandwich was freaking fantastic. I got the Tuna Bacon Melt. The tuna salad is so full of flavor. There are chunks of onion and pickles. Not over dressed. I asked for no lettuce because hot lettuce is yucky. Good quality tuna. Only criticism: I wish the bacon was crispy because it just kinda mushes into the tuna. But overall, 10 outta 10 recommend. Clearly, I ate most of the sandwich before thinking to take the picture.“

“I've only been here once because I was driving through Wichita but I was impressed. The food was good and people were kind. I mean what else do you expect from a Chick-fil-A.The only real complaint I have is the way into the drive thru was horrible. Into the store itself is confusing. Google wanted us to do a u-turn in traffic because our side had no way into the place. We ended up taking a left turn at the light instead and maneuvering through the parking lot like area to get to Chick-fil-A. Much easier.“

“It was my first time there and I had the Salmon Poke Tacos (2). They came in a crispy wonton shell. (So Cute). I tried them with the seasoning sauce and Gyoza sauce they have sitting out on the table. I have to say it was delicious and I’ll be back again to try the rest of their yummy food. The server was so nice and told me that through the whole month of April, every Monday is happy hour all day. So, I will definitely be trying the food off the happy hour menu on Mondays through April.“

“Man I've been all over the world and had tons of good chicken, and tons of bad chicken. This place for being in little ole Wichita Kansas was amazing. I got hot honey bbq wings, fried mushrooms and fried pickles. Let's start with the chicken, I don't know where they sourced this chicken from but it was extremely fresh and juicy just how fried chicken should be. The sauce was not as spicy as I wanted it to be but that's ok, I'll just get the reaper chicken next time! I'd ignore the bland taste buds of others saying the chicken wasn't good. Listen if you aren't used to cultured food or food with flavor then don't eat here. Problem with the negative reviews is they are Tyler's and Karen's that grew up chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese and probably refuse to put mayo or ketchup on their burgers. Anyways. The fried pickles were quarter spears fried to perfection, I'd go 8/10 on those. The fired mushrooms were a little soggy and lacked time in the fryer I believe but the flavor was there, I'd go 6/10 for the mushrooms. Over all, the chicken was something I've never tasted before. Again, juicy, perfect sauce ratio (wet sauce) and temp was perfect. Side note, I judge chicken places on their ranch a lot... their ranch was amazing and they gave us tons of it. They weren't stingy at all. I hope this place flourishes and continues to succeed.P.S. the taller white man working the drive thru was pleasant and very respectful and helpful with the menu considering it was our first time there!“

“Who would of thought there was a gourme type of pizza in a gas station???I never could think know of one but there is!!! Right inside of Kwik shop!!!This one is located on 47th and Seneca. It's definitely a must experience, it's so worth it!The staff there is friendly, the food, omg, the food is GORGEOUS!!! So beautiful!!! It tastes even better!!!Dough isn't frozen, it's all handmade and prepared quickly and you'll have it right away if not within minutes.They even have a seating area where you can sit and enjoy this gourmet pizza. It's beyond mind blowing!!!If you're in the area, please check them out for a quick bite or some pizza to take home for events or a movie night!So worth it!!!“

“One of the best sandwiches in Derby, at the Town Square at the Oaks shopping center just north of Rock and Tall Tree Road. Here is an always dependable food stop with outstanding salads and sandwiches, with a fairly priced menu. Friendly staff and a huge area for dining highlight DG’s. My latest was the Turkey Bacon Pepper Jack on honey wheat, and it was a slam dunk of a lunch that came with some tasty mac and cheese. I can highly recommend the BLT with avocado too, and visiting this great spot for a meal.“
