Karla and her team knocked it out of the park! The food was absolutely phenomenal!!! We decided on a grazing board for cocktail hour and an Italian buffet with a pre-plated salad for dinner. There wasn't a single item I didn't love! People raved about the food and asked where it was from repeatedly so that they could use them for future events.
Brancato's Catering was spectacular! Exquisite marriage of flavors, perfectly cooked, executed smoothly without a hitch. The favorite was the butternut ravioli and pork tenderloin. We were in a bind 6 wks. before our son's wedding, and it was a miracle Brancato's was available. Shalan Neal, their coordinator, was wonderful calming our nerves and walking us through the menu options and scheduling. Brancatos catered my daughter's wedding in KC this past weekend for a little over 100 guests, and the food was PHENOMENAL. Several of our guests are still commenting. The menu consisted of:
