Absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! Our group of 14 arrived here today at the Shawnee location for lunch. We were met by friendly staff and seated right away. Once we ordered our food, it arrived quickly! We were impressed! All 14 orders were correct, served hot and fresh, and so good!! Great size portions! The service was absolutely great! Refills were quick. The atmosphere is so fun! My daughter and I went for the first time today. We both thought it was a cool, unique, fun place. We also enjoyed the burgers and shake. We also thought the trains driving around and bringing our food was awesome as well! Thanks for the awesome experience and we will be back again! 🚆
Nice, unique place and the grandkids loved it

Fritz's is a unique restaurant where customers can seat themselves and order their food using a phone at their table. The highlight of the experience is a train that delivers the orders to the tables, delighting children. The food quality is mixed, with the hickory burger and onion rings receiving less favorable reviews, while the gendare double is recommended. Overall, Fritz's offers a distinctive dining experience. Guests praise the friendly staff, quick service, and fun atmosphere, especially the train delivery that adds excitement for kids. The portions are generous, and the food arrives hot and fresh, with all orders correct. The outside appearance may not be impressive, but the delicious food surprises many, even satisfying picky eaters. While the restaurant is very kid-friendly and fun, the bathroom is small and not accessible for wheelchairs. Vegetarian options are limited, but dietary restrictions can be accommodated if informed in advance. Parking is easy, and the overall experience makes Fritz's a place worth visiting.
