“Service here, and really at any Jimmy John’s, is always really good. This location went above and beyond to be friendly and personal though. I also enjoy the location on Shawnee Mission Parkway. Food is always perfect and of course freaky fast. :-)M“
“We only ever order from this location. About 75 percent of the time this location is understaffed, (I can't figure out why) however, they ALWAYS make amazing sandwiches and apologize for the wait to get our delivery delivered. The delays are expected...I still order...it’s always delicious...the person delivering is always super stressed. I just want the folks to know some of us UNDERSTAND and are still just grateful for a meal to be delivered. THANK YOU, JJ!!!!“
“Always fast, accurate, and reliable service whenever we order in the evenings past 7pm. Great subs.**3-years later (after initial review) and they’re still providing us good service. They even remade our sandwiches when we didn’t pick them up 3-hours later. Good crew at this location“
“I placed my order on the app. I received notification within 10 minutes that my order was ready for pick-up. Went right through the drive-thru and promptly received my order from the friendly staff. Italian Night Club with hot peppers were 100%!“
“Good place to grab a fast bite for break or a snack if your out enjoying the lovely weather with friends and or family.
Food is 7/10 , bread is getting better much more softer and the smell of the toasted sandwiches are even more pleasant.
The service is amazing when fully staffed even if they’re not manager will give you a warning on their wait time and they work their best to serve their customers

“Always super friendly, fast, reliably good sandwich exactly like you expect from a Jimmy John's. Parking can be a squeeze, but it's downtown Brookside, so nothing to be done about that. Convenient and consistent. One of my favorite JJ locations in the whole city.“
