The order I put in was made incorrect the food was cold and the place dirty
Our curbside order had several issues, but the employee who brought our order out was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire experience. She worked hard to correct each mistake and truly did her best to make things right. Her patience, professionalism, and positive attitude were greatly appreciated.

However, customers can still request a live person to assist them. The food is usually good and hot and fresh and service was quick.
This particular McDonald's has a friendly staff, and they are helpful to customers. The restaurant is always clean inside but the lobby can be pretty dirty when they are busy and backed up. Orders are sometimes wrong with items missing. Overall, the service is excellent with a smile and the food is hot.
