Cold Stone Creamery provides a delightful experience with its creative ice cream flavors and mix-ins. Customers can enjoy a variety of chocolate-covered treats, including strawberries, pretzels, and sea salt caramel. The establishment features a small seating area and different types of chocolate candies like bear claws. While some customers find the prices a bit high, the quality of the ice cream is consistently praised, with many flavors made fresh in the store. The staff are generally friendly and provide prompt service, aiming to create a fun atmosphere for everyone, even engaging in playful interactions. Although the building can feel cramped, especially in downtown, many customers appreciate the friendly crew and the opportunity to customize their ice cream. There are some dietary considerations, so it's advised to ask about gelatin beforehand. Parking is free on weekends and after 6 p.m. on weekdays.
