Hubby has been going to dunkin donuts here in Lawrence for the past 30 yrs and theyve treated hubby like a family, they even know what my hubby wants without him saying a word. Good donuts and the best coffee is a given already... what matters most is the friendship we have built thru the year with them, we also serve their donuts to our students at the Midwest Driving School and the students love it!!!! This morning I took my mom through the drive thru to get coffee before she went to work. We had two large iced mochas and a Boston cream donut. Our total was $9.56 we gave him $10.56 so we should have gotten a $1 back in change. Instead he entered in the register only the $10 we gave him and did not give us even the 44¢ that should have been change from a $10 and did not give us a donut at all.
