“First of all, shout-out to Jordan for being patient with us when we failed to place our order properly on the app and had to order in-store instead. The customer service was EXCELLENT. This was an excellent choice for lunch! The portions are generous and we spent about $10-15 per person. We got Reubens, The Beefeater (Basically a French Dip), and a salad bar trip, all to-go. We also had drinks, chips, and dessert. Everyone had leftovers, and the good quality was lovely for the price and ease of ordering. Thanks for a great experience, Lawrence folks!“

“This is a fine restaurant with one exception. We felt very rushed throughout the meal. Menus were handed to us before we even sat down and it went downhill. On at least three occasions I had to speak up and ask the servers to slow down and stop being so attentive so we could enjoy out meal and conversation. Every time I started a conversation with my son. whom we had not seen in awhile, someone interrupted with some trivial question. I am used to dining where the servers are essentially unobtrusive until needed. I am prepared to give this restaurant a try again because I did like the food. However, I am taking another couple out to clebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and I am going to be very up front about the service expected before we sit down. I get that "turn" is the name of the game but this isn't a fast food joint. If they expect to have repeat business with the older and well-heeled crowd they need to be a little more attentive to the needs of their customers.“

They treat their employees well and don't overwork them, and actually acknowledge that Sunday is a day fo rest. If you have a problem with them practising religious freedom, don't eat there and midn your own business. They're not hurting anyone and they have the right to practice Christianity. I'm sure if it was any other religion they'd be supported and left alone but just because they don't support lgbt and whatever ridiculous social stuff you've all made up doesn't make it right for you to hate them.“

“I had the Caprisi sandwich and a cup of coffee. I was slightly disappointed when I tried to pour the house blend, which turned out to be an empty pot. I decided on the only other dark roast available. I mentioned it to one of the staff behind the counter, and he seemed genuinely concerned that the pot was left empty.
I sat down and enjoyed the sun coming through the windows and the excellent sandwich. To my surprise, a few moments later, the gentleman from behind the counter brought me a fresh cup of the house coffee. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness and excellent service, it made my day.“
