The two very young men on staff were childlike, a fly came out of the food area when they lifted the cover, and the bathroom was dirty. Only a few of the coupons that come in the mail work and the staff act like gangsters when asked about the coupons. They don't serve soup at any of the Leavenworth, KS locations even though every Subway I've ever been to before served soup... even international Subways do. The staff said that the owners can't make money on soup so they don't bother....read full review
