We were just looking for a new place to try, but I think we may have found our new go-to spot. The flavor was phenomenal, the spice was actually spicy with great flavor, and the chicken was so crispy and fresh that it stayed hot ! The service was also awesome and very kind. “I went to Swifts this past Sunday , May 25 around 3 in the afternoon... I met with one of my dear friends and when I tell you, the atmosphere, the cocktails, the food and the service from Ms. Gina was all EXCEPTIONAL!!! “I tried this for the first time and got spicy garlic tenders. WOW....this is some of the best chicken I've had. I wish they had some kind of sampler where you could try all of them. What I got could easily feed 3 people, so if it's just you, there will be leftovers. And they seem to be the kind of leftovers that actually get better! I will definitely be back. I ordered online and got it to go, so I just picked it up, that's why there are 4 stars for Service and atmosphere. But it was clean and nice inside. I only wonder why I haven't gone there earlier. REALLY good chicken,.“

“The food was great but I wouldn’t come here on an evening of you want good service. My husband and I did a tasting tour near by and wanted something to eat before we headed back to the Air BnB. Immediately you could tell how the experience was going to be when we didn’t order drinks right away and didn’t see our server again for about 15 minutes. She was very obviously more interested in paying more attention to customers that ordered drinks right away. She didn’t give her name otherwise I would I mention here. We only got one water and she didn’t come back to us again. We went to go to the hostess to try to pay our bill, ended up stopping her as she was leaving the bar. I give 2 stars out of 5. That’s only because the food was really good. I don’t think I would come back here. Maybe during the day would be better but I don’t know if I’d come here again anyway.“

“Had the cheese fries and they were awesome! Cheese sauce was flavorful (not the same old cheese sauce that others use). The fries stayed crunchy even with the sauce over them. Also had a bacon/cheeseburger that was very flavorful. And of course the giant hot wings. Their homemade blue cheese dipping sauce was very good, not overpowering. Great service even though it got crowded. I Highly recommend!“

“Today, I experienced a level of kindness in the drive-thru that truly brought me to tears.
I placed my order, and when the lady taking my order told me the total for both orders, I realized I needed to check my card to see if I had enough money. When I saw my balance, I knew I couldn’t afford both, so I asked her to take one of the orders off.
She said okay, took my card, and charged me for one order. But when she handed me my food at the drive-thru window, she gave me both orders — even the one I had taken off because I couldn’t pay for it. She said, “Here’s your order. You have to eat too.”
That touched my heart more than she probably even knows. At that exact moment, I had honestly been wondering what I was going to eat and where I was going to get food from. Her kindness was not small to me. It was a true blessing.
I am a business owner myself, and I understand what it means to serve people every day. I do my best to be a light and a leader in the world, but right now I’m going through a difficult season. Life has been life-ing, and today her compassion felt like confirmation that God is still working in my favor and that the universe is still on my side.
She was truly an Earth angel for me today. God sees her heart, and I pray that her business is blessed in every way. When I am in a better position and my business grows the way I know it will, this is the kind of business and person I would love to pour back into.
And on top of all of that, the food looks absolutely amazing and tastes amazing too. You can tell it was made with care, and that made the blessing feel even more special.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your compassion, generosity, delicious food, and humanity. You did more than give me a meal today. You reminded me that there are still good people in this world.“

“I have been enjoying this restaurants food for a while, but I have introduced it to my coworkers and it's a big hit....I am the picker upper persons have tried all the variety of wings, and now the fish filets......no words were spoken after the meal, because everyone was full and quiet.“

“Just ate at the 78th and State location. Food was delicious. I had the 8 piece whole wings special for $8.99 and side order of livers. The breading is not heavy and both the wings and livers were nice and crispy. The wife had the tenders combo and the tenders were a good size. She liked the taste and lite batter. Will definitely go back. I need to try the fish. Other customers raved about the fish. Staff were very nice and friendly. They cook your food to order so expect to wait. Definitely worth the wait in my opinion.“

“The food was great. But it was over 100 degrees inside of that restaurant. My food order was $23. And they charged me an extra $4 because I used a credit card. $27. That credit card fee seems a little high.. I ordered the butter chicken, which was very good, but it did not come with rice or naan. That is extra $.“

“Tuesday Night, ordered a big dinner box for dinner. When we went to pick it up, they had made one of our pizzas cheese instead of pepperoni. Totally not a big deal, we were cool with it but instead of letting us leave with an order less than perfect they fixed and it and gave us a soda for the wait. Totally went out of their way to make sure we were completely happy! Best customer service I’ve had at a fast food restaurant! Thanks Pizza Hut!“

“Did not like the fact that my jumbo shrimp was missing half of each. My fish and mozzarella sticks were also half portioned. My mushrooms were overly mushy. Altho I didn't ask, there was lemon pepper seasoning on EVERYTHING (which made it hard to get the original flavors of the food). The king combo burger was the only highlight of my purchase. There also was no bathrooms“

“This location is OUTSTANDING. It is consistently mind blowingly good food. There is a very kind, hardworking man who is there all the time. You can tell he puts time and energy into training his team and his team seems respects him. This man deserves a raise, a promotion, anything he wants honestly. It’s hard to find any fast food place that is producing consistently quality food and service these days. I go here whenever I can. Best Pizza Hut in KC. I swear by it.“

“We have not had Pizza Hut for several years due to a couple last bad experiences. We tried tonight. Our order was prepared by Unique for carry out. She was friendly, helpful, and our order was perfect. The pizza was great and what I remembered from long ago. Our confidence has been restored and we will order from this location again.
