“Our experience was quite the opposite of most posted here. We ordered and all of it came out right. We tend to have mistakes in our orders at other Sonic’s… mostly forgetting to take off ketchup, etc.
We had kind service from a younger fellow.
I do think it is quite costly for fast food.“
“Couldn't use card at time of purchase/ service, husband Eric was impressed with the manager's ability to get the order from the app. (1st time users) and apply discount. My husband was in foot, product was delicious and we will revisit.“
“I have gone to this sonic since it opened in the late 90s. I can not remember a time that I actually had a bad experience here. I had an especially great experience the other night that has prompted my review.
I recently had surgery on my arm and have had a large amount of difficulties performing tasks and whatnot. I had the pleasure of having Sage as a car hop on this visit. She noticed I was struggling with getting my seat belt off and reaching the payment console. Immediately, she passed me my food and grabbed my card without delay, and completed my order. She then took the time to make sure that I was taking care of and that I did not need any extra assistance. I was blown away as I actually couldn't remember this past month anyone at any business actually giving that type of service and being so professional on the spot.
I highly value service of this level, and I believe that it is essential to have employees of this caliber in a leadership role. As always, I will be back... but I'll be looking forward to knowing that I can look forward to great people and great service. Thanks again Sage!“
