Got my delivery order completely wrong and it was ice cold when I got it. When I called the number listed online, I only got the worst ever AI robot to talk to, which then told me it couldn’t fix my issue and to chat in. My husband chatted in and it told him that it couldn’t help him and someone would email him back. This could have been resolved in about five minutes if we could have spoken to an actual employee. The staff was obviously new but I think I had maybe 5 pieces of steak in my steak burrito...
just a very poor experience
I am starting to wonder if there is different management or something. I’ve never had problems before, but earlier this week I waited 42 minutes in the restaurant for an order that was “promised” at 7:00 and did not come out until 7:42, (see picture). Ordering through the app for pickup may not be the best idea as there can be delays. The atmosphere is industrial, and while the staff are very nice and respectful, the chairs aren't comfortable. Kid-friendliness is a plus, as kids are welcome. There is one handicap space for wheelchair accessibility.
Parking is an issue, as it is very limited, which can be obnoxious. Some customers have noted the lively college crowd, making it difficult to enjoy the meal in peace. Despite the challenges, the food and service are well-regarded, making it a chill spot for enjoying one of the best burritos. Vegetarian options are available, with the vegetarian burrito/bowl/taco including free guacamole. Overall, Chipotle remains a popular choice in the area, but a second location away from the college would be appreciated.
