“I'm an IPA guy. Murder Mittens and (especially) Fly High Momma are really good, but I really wanna shout out the dill pickle sour. I'm not normally a sours guy, but this isn't overpowering at all. It's actually pretty danged refreshing. Best of all, it has the LOL-funny name Unsolicited Dill Pics.

The bar is cozy. The staff is friendly. If you're in the Crossroads area, you have a wealth of craft beer options. Choose Double Shift.“

“This brewery needs more attention! On a Saturday night it was also empty, but their beers are so good! They have a strong selection of in house beers, but also guest beers. They specialize in sours with mostly very good quality. There's a small board gane section inside, and parking is free on the street but limited to two hours.“

I'm a big fan of places that have interesting sour/gose/fruited beers, so if that's up your alley, this is the perfect place. There are many (more popular, perhaps) breweries within direct vicinity of Nimble that don't have nearly as well thought out brews. This place checks all the boxes for me. “Finally got to try Transport and really enjoyed it! I pass by it often and it typically seems to have a good crowd inside. I like the seating arrangement inside and with the weather being nice they had the window open which made it all the better.The bartender seemed excited to tell me what beers they had to offer and told me about their Mug Club which seems like a great deal. They're pretty IPA heavy currently these days it being springtime. I'm not much of an IPA guy myself but I was still in luck as their Prost! kolsch and Lake Quivira Light lager are delicious. I believe they have special deals on Thursdays and Sundays as well that you'll have to ask about. Transport is a good time!“

“I have been to many breweries both in Kansas City and around the world, and I have to say that the beer being brewed at Torn Label is amongst the best for my palate.

It’s rare that you can go to a brewery and try many different types of beers and like every single one. While my favorites are the Pale Ale, Hand em High, and Grrrrl Beer, every beer they brew is delicious and easy to drink.

Their food is also phenomenal and the house sauce is both acidic, flavorful, and has plenty of heat.

Torn Label has become a go to spot for date nights and bringing visitors.

If you like crushable beers, a great atmosphere with incredibly friendly staff, and fantastic food that is walkable to tons of other great spots for a weekend out, look no further.“

“We have been to strips several times, and on a few occasions brought friends with us. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the staff members are so friendly and helpful. I love the chicken strips and the honey mustard sauce. My son and husband were so happy when we found strips because they LOVE the gluten free chicken nuggets, fries and onion strips. The Cobb salad is insane, the Charcuterie board is out of this world and my favorite pizza is the Chicken Spanakopita. The Martin City beers are always great along with full bar, but the extensive wine selection is truly impressive! I've dined in and the restaurant has a nice local, approachable vibe. The service was top notch and team members are very friendly.“
