“We have been going to the Las Vaquitas Mexican Restaurant since Caesar and Connie recruited their family and opened their doors to Derby residents. It’s rare to find a place where the owners are in the kitchen and on the floor making sure every guest feels welcome. The food is incredible and service is professional and friendly. I thought the idea of covering the check of a few of their patrons was a sweet holiday idea. When it happened to us, we were incredibly grateful. “I've never had a problem with this location. I typically get a Torta which is always easy and good. When I've gotten burritos, they're worth the 8 to 10 bucks you pay for them. They're always full and big, but sometimes the meat could use more seasoning. Other than that, it's good fast mexican food.“
