“My family has eaten here for 20 years. We started when my daughter was less than a year old. There are still a couple of servers there that greet us and remember our kids. They always ask about them if they’re not with us. The food has always been the best Buffet we have found. Always full and love the flavors and variety. We’ve tried other places and nothing compares for the price. Very reasonable and trying to feed a family while eating out.“

“I had an issue with the Orange chicken I had ordered and instead of going back and complaining I just let it go. The quality, portions, freshness, speed of food of Jasmine Pavillon is normally A+++ plus. It’s one of my families favorites when we are craving delicious Chinese food here in Johnson County. Well the kids did not like the orange chicken this time, everything else was fantastic! However I was not trying to go back to the restaurant and complain and be that person. Later in the evening I received a request in my email box asking “How did we do?”basically a survey about my experience and I gave an honest review. The next day I get a message from the company and wow I can’t tell you how blown away I was by the customer service! Whoever was messaging me apologize completely took into account what my issues were. Let me know that this was not something that they want to happen again they made me feel like they really care that I’m a customer I know this is just a restaurant to everyone else. However they really made me feel like the money and my opinion mattered. Not once did they blame give excuses or make me feel like it was probably just my issue. They really wanted me to know that their complete goal is customer satisfaction and that I know the quality of their food is important to them. I cannot believe how personable this experience was. I’ve been going here for a couple years and I can 100% say I will be there #1 fan for going back! I normally don’t take the time to write good reviews unless it really is worth it and I feel like this had to be had to be said. Any company that takes the time to actually review and respond to the customers is very rare these days. I think what it was amazing was the survey was private it wasn’t going to be on social media or anything so there really was no need for the company to reach out to me and only to just take the feedback given. Places like this are very rare and they should be acknowledged. I truly appreciate not feeling like a number like everywhere else. Jasmine Pavilion showed me the quality of their food and their customers are truly very important to them. Any business especially one that serves food, that takes the time to resolve, correct or even acknowledge customers experience even if it was initially negative and turn it around to make my experience happy is so valuable . “We have had many meals from Chang's Wok and it is always delicious! Every time we have called in an order they have answered quickly and taken our order with no errors. The House Special Lo Mein is my favorite item, and the Moo Shu Pork is a close second. The food is really good, you get a great sized portion for the cost, and service is quick! Will always recommend Chang's Wok to anyone looking for a new place to order Chinese take-out.“

“The lady here is so nice and caring. She offered to replace my daughter's soup when she saw the hot and sour was too spicy for her, I didn't even ask. She gave a few extra things free of charge. You can tell she likes children and has big mom energy. <3

The food is not going to blow your mind but I love their big selection, especially the big selection they have for the lunch and dinner specials. They have a lot of dishes on there that other places only have on their premium menus. There are a lot of great vegetarian options, more so than most places, and they will customize things.

“Other than a colossal problem with grubhub (what a pain).... we loved the meals. We all ordered off the special anytime meal menu and all received separate dinners. The food tasted great but we really wanted it delivered and ended up picking up the dinners in person. They were hot and very tasty.“

“This is a little gem of the Chinese cuisine in the Kansas City area. Very clean and cozy, with tasteful decor. The food is amazing! The best hot and sour soup I've ever eaten, and everything else is so delicious! I really liked the portion size, and the prices are not expensive. “So glad that dine in is an option here again! We have been going here for at least 20 years. Used to live in the neighborhood and good memories here for my oldest daughter. Food is still delicious made fresh. Only downside we found that the Bobo platter no longer had a charcoal grill included in it.“
