“I've been going about twice a month for the last few years. Great service. Great food. Price recently went up and portions went down so that's a little disappointing. However, it's still a great place to eat!“

“My family has eaten here for 20 years. We started when my daughter was less than a year old. There are still a couple of servers there that greet us and remember our kids. They always ask about them if they’re not with us. The food has always been the best Buffet we have found. Always full and love the flavors and variety. We’ve tried other places and nothing compares for the price. Very reasonable and trying to feed a family while eating out.“

“Second time to Changs Wok and I couldn't be happier! Tonite I ordered the Mongolian beef and subbed rice for lo mein. So FREAKING good! The beef and mushrooms were delicious. The beef, super tender, very nice protein to veggie ratio. The lo mein was a perfect substitute but if you love rice go for it. I imagine it's just as good. Also added a side of crab rangoon and pork egg rolls. Both were fresh, hot and delicious. I forgot to add a side of spicy mustard and cup of sweet and sour. Tried to purchase some when I picked up my order, but the sweet lady who helped me threw in an extra sweet and sour and a little cup of hot mustard. Thank you! Can't wait to try some other items.“

“I had an issue with the Orange chicken I had ordered and instead of going back and complaining I just let it go. The quality, portions, freshness, speed of food of Jasmine Pavillon is normally A+++ plus. It’s one of my families favorites when we are craving delicious Chinese food here in Johnson County. Well the kids did not like the orange chicken this time, everything else was fantastic! However I was not trying to go back to the restaurant and complain and be that person. Later in the evening I received a request in my email box asking “How did we do?”basically a survey about my experience and I gave an honest review. The next day I get a message from the company and wow I can’t tell you how blown away I was by the customer service! Whoever was messaging me apologize completely took into account what my issues were. Let me know that this was not something that they want to happen again they made me feel like they really care that I’m a customer I know this is just a restaurant to everyone else. However they really made me feel like the money and my opinion mattered. Not once did they blame give excuses or make me feel like it was probably just my issue. They really wanted me to know that their complete goal is customer satisfaction and that I know the quality of their food is important to them. I cannot believe how personable this experience was. I’ve been going here for a couple years and I can 100% say I will be there #1 fan for going back! I normally don’t take the time to write good reviews unless it really is worth it and I feel like this had to be had to be said. Any company that takes the time to actually review and respond to the customers is very rare these days. I think what it was amazing was the survey was private it wasn’t going to be on social media or anything so there really was no need for the company to reach out to me and only to just take the feedback given. Places like this are very rare and they should be acknowledged. I truly appreciate not feeling like a number like everywhere else. Jasmine Pavilion showed me the quality of their food and their customers are truly very important to them. Any business especially one that serves food, that takes the time to resolve, correct or even acknowledge customers experience even if it was initially negative and turn it around to make my experience happy is so valuable . “Late at night, half broken lightup menu, flickering storefront, sketchy parking lot next to a gym, all the checkmarks that this food is about to be amazing. It is. This the best American-Chinese food I have ever had in my life. They're fast, polite, casual, respectable, decent sized menu, reasonably priced, and the food is both absurdly delicious and has good portions. 10/10“

“This is a little gem of the Chinese cuisine in the Kansas City area. Very clean and cozy, with tasteful decor. The food is amazing! The best hot and sour soup I've ever eaten, and everything else is so delicious! I really liked the portion size, and the prices are not expensive. Wishing the owners the best in running their restaurant! They're doing an amazing job!“

“Other than a colossal problem with grubhub (what a pain).... we loved the meals. We all ordered off the special anytime meal menu and all received separate dinners. The food tasted great but we really wanted it delivered and ended up picking up the dinners in person. They were hot and very tasty.“

“Our favorite Chinese Restaurant in the Olathe/Overland Park area. We only order from here every time we want Chinese food! SO Yummy and SO quick and we always take it back home and it’s still SO HOT!!!! The egg rolls are my family’s favorite!“
