McDonald's in Olathe

“I use my points on the mobile app to get a free ice cream cone and place my order at the wrong McDonald's. This McDonald's that I went to just went ahead and gave me and ice cream cone and I thought that was really nice and great customer service. ☺️“

“Quick, courteous, calm. Even during rush hour there isn't a sense of "rush". The lines may be longer, but they are always quick. Reminds me of a Chick-fil-A as far as that goes. Food is always hot and fresh. Never sitting under lights.“

“Most times when I visit this place, it's mediocre like any fast food joint, but this time , the fries were fresh, they were salted evenly, the burger was fresh, the cheese was actually yellow not that burnt orange color, and the nuggets were perfectly golden brown, I don't expect this everytime out of fast food , but the shift working today did a good job and I'm glad since they had to wait on the fries, they went ahead and made the whole order fresh, that's efficient thinking, and that's what customers notice. I felt like I got what I paid for this time“

“Living in the area of West Olathe, this is my wife’s and my favorite McD’s to meet with people and do f a little studying. Plenty of room and the staff are attentive in the early morning and throughout the day. It’s highly viable but you have to access out from the cross lights off the main intersection of K-7 and Santa Fe. There is no access direct, but you can’t miss it!“

“I ate here and I ordered a large fries and the man who has a mask had the flu, he wiped his nose and continued eating the fries, which really disgusts me. The craziest thing is that I told him I don't want it anymore and he got upset and told me that's it. what there is“

“The food is the same called you would expect. And I appreciate the consistency. The only negative about this place is that the drive-through order was completely to a robot. It’s hard to drive around the building because the driving lanes are so narrow.

“I ask for crispy fries on my order and the young lady who was either a shift manager, assistant manager or manager at around 8 pm at the window came forth and took over my request that night very sweet and kind and had me go up to the pickup lane past the window and then personally brought out my order just the way I like it and the right amount of ketchup packs,,, she did a Great Job and wish her the best with your company....“
