“Yesterday I went for a fish sandwich, and my fish sandwich was a substitute for the regular fish you use, I was very, very disappointed, makes for less visits when you try to pull a fast one. It was a piece of fish from the frozen food section at a local store, maybe equivalent to fish a sticks... Arby's please don't make your store look bad, and go on the negative list. I love a good roast beef sandwich, but was not a red meat day for me.. may not order a fish sandwich again, shame cause your authentic fish Sammy is the bomb diggity!! 🤔😉 just saying.“

My order was made promptly and correctly and the gal that brought it out could tell I was having a rough morning and was very kind, professional and friendly.
