This location is terribly slow and operated poorly overall. So much so, today while on break from work I had to leave the drive-in after 20 mins because I was going to miss a meeting with a patient. There were 3 cars in front of me when I pulled in to order. When I had to leave the drive-in there were still 2, and I had to go back to work with no food. It was a terrible experience. Was Potbelly first or Pickleman's? That's the question that engulfed me when visiting for supper on a Tuesday night. The two brands are terrible comparable. Decor, oven-roasted sandwiches, operational structures, etc. The menu differs to a degree but not tremendously. Basically, if you like Potbelly, you will like Pickleman's. Me and my partner went here for dinner tonight. We walk in and are greeted immediately by the guy making the sandwiches, he was very nice. The woman at the register was very rude and didn't seem to want to be at work. She forgot my cookies and then wouldn't help me when I came back to ask for them. The atmosphere seemed tense in the store, and not welcoming. Now to the food, the broccoli cheddar soup was repulsive. It tasted very sour like it was past it's expiration date.
