“I ordered the Classic Cane with light ice. The service was quick. The prices felt fair, especially given the freshness of the juice. The location is a decently-sized booth situated in the middle of the mall hallway. There's a circular sofa and a few chairs and tables nearby for seating. The glass walls were cool, offering a view of the drink-making process, such as fresh sugar cane being pressed into the juicer.“

“I was in today and picked up my order. I usually go between a few locations as it depends on where I’m heading next. This is my favorite SK ever! The app order is always accurate (unlike others) and it’s usually waiting for me…again, unlike other locations. But today….they put my order in a protective bag to keep it safe from allergens. I have a food allergy and in all the years, this was a first! ❤️ Thankfully my reactions aren’t that severe, but there are many who fear contamination due to the severe reactions of just close proximity. Thank You!“

“Love Tropical Smoothie, but not this location. When a drink comes with the lime straw, it should be a given. Arguing about it and then saying we need to pay for them when it specifically says on the website that the edible lime straw comes with the mango drink! No problem though, we just took our 4-6 drink order (every day Mon-Fri) plus tip somewhere else. No need to be embarrassed in front of other people over a straw that comes with a drink.“

“Over the past decade ive been eating at Daylight Donuts, i always had a problem with how much frosting they put on top. Its way too little. Sometimes you take a bite and you end up filling your mouth with dough.

Went back here a couple weeks ago and it was the same. The frosting is really good too, why not put more on there?

But aside from that, this restaurant has really friendly staff and decent atmosphere. Donuts are also really good despite the issue i already discussed. A good 4 stars. It mightve improved since our last visit, but i havent came back yet.“

“I rarely stop for coffee at this Caribou Coffee inside Hy-Vee, but over the years each of my few interactions has been very pleasant. Today was no different. Shout out to Allen and his colleague for making sure we knew about the specials, knowledgeably answering our questions, double-checking if we wanted a dairy alternative for just one or both of our coffees, making our drinks with care, and some short but fun conversation about the daily trivia question. It really was an uplifting way to start the grocery errand and a treat to sip while shopping the aisles.“

“I've only been through the drive-thru, but have been there several times and everyone is friendly, helpful. The orders have always been correct and the flavors seem noticeably better than Starbucks. Very patient with helping me set up my Scooters app for coupons etc.“

“This morning (10/10/21) around 8:45am there was a single employee working. She was taking all the orders and making them all herself. There was a line in the drive through in addition to the people inside. She was handling it like a champ and was still so friendly. We obviously gave her a tip because she deserved it, I just wish we could do more because she was an absolute legend. I hope management sees this and gives her the recognition she deserves. I just can't talk her up enough for handling what I would call an unbearably stressful situation.“
