I'm sorry to see so many negative reviews at this location. In my many years of going here, our orders have always been correct when I get home. The carhop always gives me the correct change, and then I give her my tip.
When the car hop brought out my order almost 5 minutes after the screen said your car hop is on the way. After taking my money she turned and walked away saying nothing about my change. I always leave a tip but no one should just assume that your giving them a $2.00 tip on an $8.00 order. They should return your change and let the customer decide the amount of the tip. I tied getting her attention but she just kept walking.
