Was completely ignored during my 45 minute wait after pushing the red button. I even went to the other side just in case the other side that I was at was not working properly. This was the second time that this has happened.
More help shorter wait times and consistent hours.
Don’t recommend paying cash if you do go through. Had a drink order that was 6.00, paid with a 20.00 and was only given 11.00 back in change. Gave a 1.00 tip not realizing I was already given change 3.00 short. Staff basically gave themselves a 4.00 tip for a 6.00 drink order 🙃🙃🙃
This hasn’t been the only time I’ve had bad service, time before I was given tomato on a sandwich I requested no tomato due to an allergy (I am allergic and have an epi-pen)....read full review
