“Went through PV SB drive through…usually always friendly. Always make it right! Forgot to order food(lemon loaf x 2) Told by same person that took my order that he couldn’t fill the food order at the pick up window. I would have to drive around again and order it from the drive through. This has never been a problem before and I find it rather sophomoric in that it appears to be a punishment. There was one car behind me. One car. This guy lost a 10.00 food sale. He could have filled the non warmed food order, handed me my drinks, and scanned my app in the time he took to react to me wanting to add onto an order. Just don’t understand. Not customer friendly.“
