“Never have I been in a place that has been so un costumer friendly! First of all walk in the door there arguing about who is going to have to come out and serve me. They sent out the new hire, while two guys stood back there and rudely said things and when she asked for help they where telling her the wrong items to put on . They where very loud and the f bomb was thrown out a few times. I even said you should come out and help then they rudely said things will never go back !“

“I believe that Chick-fil-A is the gold standard for quick service restaurants. Their food product is exceptional and their staff is typically well trained and courteous. However, the location and Derby Kansas recently reconfigured their drive-thru to have a dedicated mobile order lane. I am sure that this was an intentionally implemented inconvenience to try to encourage more mobile orders, but until that happens, it has turned their normally lightning fast drive-thru service into something much less amazing.“

“Ordered two bacon breakfast burritos on the morning of 7/30/24 - wow, they were AWESOME. We came here to El Gordo after seeing the disgusting food being served for breakfast at the Staybridge Suites - life is too short to eat such garbage, LOL - El Gordo was just a couple minutes down the road, easy to order, and 1,000 times better. One of the best breakfast burritos we have ever had, too.

So I stopped by Spangles (Andover) for dinner. #10, as usual. The young man at the window, Micol, decided that it was a good choice to fake an overdramatic need to sneeze while at the window. I was in a mask because I am immunocompromised. Not only did I not find it funny, I found it so profoundly unnecessary and disrespectful.

Spangles just lost a customer, and Micol is the reason. Do better, Micol. In a time where immunocompromised people are doing their very best to safely exist in public spaces, people like you make it harder and less safe for us. I hope it was worth it, trying to get a rise out of me or a chuckle out of the kitchen. Your parents must be very proud.

Anyway, Spangles, please use this as a learning opportunity for Micol and anyone else who may not be aware that this sort of behavior is unprofessional, rude, and isn't helping to retain customers.

I won't be coming back. Please use all of my points to help cover meals for others. ✌️“

“The people that took my order and brought it out were very sweet. It was busy when I got there but they were very efficient (I got my food 5 ish minutes after ordering). I recommend if you want iced coffee, that you just get the normal cold brew, that's what I normally get. The french vanilla is a little too sweet.“

“My milkshake's lid wasn't fastened securely, so things got a little drippy. The only other thing I could possibly complain about is that one of the credit card reader machines needs some maintenance, but that's pretty minor. I love the roast beef sandwiches at Arby's so much, I once ordered enough from one of the Wichita locations to have leftovers for a week!“

“The service was surprisingly good for a fast food style of restaurant. They were kind enough to bring the food to our table when it was ready. It was our first time eating at a Spangles so we had no idea what to expect and still found ourselves surprised. The medium drinks are huge. We were a family of 6 going (which contains three adults plus kiddos) and found a nice corner table to eat at. It wasn’t very busy for dinner on a Saturday evening. The portions were also good size. A little pricier than other fast food chains, but it is closer to sit down restaurant type of food (without the cost of them). We will definitely be back.“

“Who doesn't love tacos?! On the way home from work, I stopped by Taco Shop and picked up 12 fried flour tacos, beans, burritos, and a #1 combo, all for under $30.00. You can't beat that price to feed your family. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. She kept apologizing for taking so long entering my order because they just got a new computer system. They were all so nice and happy I couldn't even tell that there was a delay. If you haven't tried Taco Shop, I would recommend for you to give them a try.“

“My wife and I celebrated 40 years since we met on a blind date at Pizza Hut May 18th. Outstanding quality of pizza. We had a thick crust super supreme (minus the mushrooms). Our waitress did an outstanding job! Tipped over 100% on the bill.“

“After I left Southern California, I quickly started to learn how spoiled I was, and how much worse all food everywhere in the USA is in comparison. However, Braum's is worthy of praise and could stand on their own even in the greater Los Angeles area if they opened a location there.

Are they the best burgers? No, they're good though. Then what gives? Why did I give them a 5 star? Okay, so I was moving from Washington, Pennsylvania to Sioux City, Iowa (look it up on Google maps, it's important) and I made SURE we took a detour down here to Wichita, Kansas just to get their MILKSHAKES!

How do you feel about Girl Scouts Thin Mints cookies? Do you keep them in the freezer like I do, so they're extra minty and crispy when you eat them? Well, Braum's Mint Shake tastes like a milkshake version of exactly that. Why else do you think we drove hundreds of miles and multiple days out of the way just to get a milkshake? Yes, they ARE that good here!

What's not to like? The place is like Baskin Robins (31 flavors of ice cream) and a burger joint at the same time, who makes shakes out of whatever ice cream you point at. Maybe when I move again or get to go on vacation I'll come back down...“

“Staff is always courteous and greets you when you walk in the door. Even when they're busy as I get out at least one member of the team always notices when you walk in the door and says (Welcome to Braum's ) and you can't get much better than braum's ice cream. Unless you go homemade or Ben n Jerry's n even then the flavor options are better at Braum's!“

Ordered online so that I could ensure that I paid for everything that I wanted, three items were incorrectly made. Was missing the sour cream and tomatoes on my soft taco supreme and the sour cream I added to my bean burrito as well as my chips and cheese. I went back through the line and asked very politely for two sides of sour cream and 1 side of tomatoes as well as the chips and cheese. I was told several times that they made the food correctly, I had checked everything before leaving as to ensure I got exactly what I ordered. They also told me that I didn’t order the food the way that it shows in my app. Crazy how I paid for stuff. I was given a new soft taco supreme that had sour cream and tomatoes but did not have the avocado ranch. I asked about one more side of sour cream so I could put it in my burrito and they told me they put it on there. It was not and I showed him both my app and the burrito that I hadn’t eaten. They made me a new burrito with sour cream so eventually they did finally get my order correct (ish? As neither of the two soft tacos were as ordered but we’ll just deal with it)

I’ve been an assistant general manager at a Taco Bell for over two years and have worked with Taco Bell for over 6 and I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received today. Will not be returning.

The management team of Jacques and Desiree (sp?) corrected the issues and I’m appreciative that the management in tb of America corp is always willing to listen to their customers.“

“I want to give the young lady named Jasmine a “SHOUT OUT”!! At the Derby, KS Taco Bell on Buckner. She was soooo sweet and feel she is truly an asset to your business! “We were able to order without waiting in line on the tablets in front so that option was a plus. They came back with some old stuff from their old menus and I think it's great. Although I feel as it's a little too pricey for just a taco in quesadilla and drink but I did like it all.“

“The bread today was a little tough. When we took a bite, the inside of the sandwich squeezes out. The meat was all on one end of the sandwich instead of being spread out evenly. Too much mayo….mayo & lettuce squeezed out all over our plate!“
