“Never have I been in a place that has been so un costumer friendly! First of all walk in the door there arguing about who is going to have to come out and serve me. They sent out the new hire, while two guys stood back there and rudely said things and when she asked for help they where telling her the wrong items to put on . They where very loud and the f bomb was thrown out a few times. I even said you should come out and help then they rudely said things will never go back !“

“I believe that Chick-fil-A is the gold standard for quick service restaurants. Their food product is exceptional and their staff is typically well trained and courteous. However, the location and Derby Kansas recently reconfigured their drive-thru to have a dedicated mobile order lane. I am sure that this was an intentionally implemented inconvenience to try to encourage more mobile orders, but until that happens, it has turned their normally lightning fast drive-thru service into something much less amazing.“

“Words fail me when it comes to describing this incredible business. We drove all the way out to Derby just for shaved ice, not juice chunky shaved ice. My 14-year-old daughter was driving and nervously ordering for the first time. Meanwhile, I had just gotten into a car wreck and couldn’t drive due to a severe concussion. I needed something to help me keep down since my accident, and I had heard great things about this shaved ice shop. The owner went above and beyond to make sure I had enough shaved ice. He was very sweet, caring, and it’s been the only thing I’ve been able to eat since my horrible car wreck. If you read this far, it goes to show that I would travel anywhere just to have this experience again. The taste was amazing, and the service was incredible. Thank you to the owner for making my week a lot better just because of a couple of shaved ice and your amazing service. I hope to get out there today or tomorrow because I can’t keep anything else down but your shaved ice. 🍧🍧🍧“

“Family owned fast food chain. All restaurants have similar decor but I have checked the movies out they have on their walls and if you like B movies they are kind of good. Food is always served hot. They take special orders with no issues but check your order. They occasionally make a mistake but are quick to fix it once they know. Staff has always been friendly. For me, sometimes the floors are slippery, even though they are dry. Restrooms have always been clean and stocked.“

“Friendly, quick service! DQ Mgnt, first thing I noticed when I walked in is your poor employees staring into the West Sun coming through the upper ‘blindless’ windows while trying to help customers. “Went through the drive through; I ordered the shredded beef chimichangas. I loved the crispiness of the tortilla. I was hoping there would be more meat, but I did like the refried beans, peppers and onions on the inside. The rice, beans and lettuce on the side were fresh. Would definitely try this place again!“

“The food was okay the fries were very stale. The service was great they were super friendly and informative when I asked about products! They also had an appointment extremely clean establishment, even the bathrooms were impeccable so had to rate them well ❤️‍ will check back in on those fries later lol hopefully next time they'll be fresh“

“Visiting from Florida and every time I make it out west I make sure to visit Spangles regularly during my stay. I've never been disappointed with anything I order. Can't say how much I love the garlic parm fries!! Had talked them up to my husband so much when I 1st tried them in April 2025 and this visit he said I had been right. They are delicious. Wish I could get that seasoning to have at home in Florida.“

“My milkshake's lid wasn't fastened securely, so things got a little drippy. The only other thing I could possibly complain about is that one of the credit card reader machines needs some maintenance, but that's pretty minor. I love the roast beef sandwiches at Arby's so much, I once ordered enough from one of the Wichita locations to have leftovers for a week!“

“Had issues with my mobile ordering and called the location. Teshawn picked up and was extremely hospitable and fulfilled/resolved my issues. The people here at this location are great and they deserve a bonus! Plus the food is always hot and fresh.“

“My wife and I celebrated 40 years since we met on a blind date at Pizza Hut May 18th. Outstanding quality of pizza. We had a thick crust super supreme (minus the mushrooms). Our waitress did an outstanding job! Tipped over 100% on the bill.“

“For the price you can’t find a better deal. If you’re in a rush for lunch, this place is quick. I waited less than 5min, and I went at noon. The only complaint is this location goes light on the meat as compared to other taco shops. I personally like the one on West street. All of the items are reasonably priced, the tacos are my favorite.“

“Usually I like Dairy Queen, however, today I do not. Around noon (no customers in the store), I ordered (to go) 2 Bacon Cheeseburgers, 2 fries, 2 ice cream cupcakes. It was not until I got home that I realized I was 1 Bacon Cheeseburger short. I am not happy! Not sure I will go back to this location even though it is the most convenient for me.“

The lid popped off my shake as I was putting it in my cup holder and Andrea immediately said they could remake it for me. “Staff is always courteous and greets you when you walk in the door. Even when they're busy as I get out at least one member of the team always notices when you walk in the door and says (Welcome to Braum's ) and you can't get much better than braum's ice cream. Unless you go homemade or Ben n Jerry's n even then the flavor options are better at Braum's!“

“The people that took my order and brought it out were very sweet. It was busy when I got there but they were very efficient (I got my food 5 ish minutes after ordering). I recommend if you want iced coffee, that you just get the normal cold brew, that's what I normally get. The french vanilla is a little too sweet.“

“No question this is the most inexpensive place to get great ice cream in the whole city. We went with four people the other day, who got whatever they wanted and the final price was less than $10. I kid you not. I laughed to myself as I got up my credit card to pay thinking maybe I could get one thing for that price at an upscale ice cream store. Of course, the atmosphere is totally a fast food establishment, but come on, THE PRICE!!“

“This Wendys was amazing compared to any we'd been to in years! They accept the app which, yes it's true some don't and that's wrong! The manager has the flow of customer service, taking orders and orders ready, down! He was polite and upon leaving thanked us for coming!“

“No complaints, place was clean, service was fast and polite. No one was in the place it was empty. The food was hot and tasted fine. Had a pot pie don't care much for the fries. Rather, have the potatoe wedges instead. Overall, it was good.“

I hope Jasmine is compensated well as she DESERVES it!! FINALLY a Taco Bell that “fills” the quesidea how it should be. As others only fill the tip of it and nothing but tortilla is left to eat!“
