“Never have I been in a place that has been so un costumer friendly! First of all walk in the door there arguing about who is going to have to come out and serve me. They sent out the new hire, while two guys stood back there and rudely said things and when she asked for help they where telling her the wrong items to put on . They where very loud and the f bomb was thrown out a few times. I even said you should come out and help then they rudely said things will never go back !“

“I believe that Chick-fil-A is the gold standard for quick service restaurants. Their food product is exceptional and their staff is typically well trained and courteous. However, the location and Derby Kansas recently reconfigured their drive-thru to have a dedicated mobile order lane. I am sure that this was an intentionally implemented inconvenience to try to encourage more mobile orders, but until that happens, it has turned their normally lightning fast drive-thru service into something much less amazing.“

“Went through the drive through; I ordered the shredded beef chimichangas. I loved the crispiness of the tortilla. I was hoping there would be more meat, but I did like the refried beans, peppers and onions on the inside. The rice, beans and lettuce on the side were fresh. Would definitely try this place again!“

So I stopped by Spangles (Andover) for dinner. #10, as usual. The young man at the window, Micol, decided that it was a good choice to fake an overdramatic need to sneeze while at the window. I was in a mask because I am immunocompromised. Not only did I not find it funny, I found it so profoundly unnecessary and disrespectful.

Spangles just lost a customer, and Micol is the reason. Do better, Micol. In a time where immunocompromised people are doing their very best to safely exist in public spaces, people like you make it harder and less safe for us. I hope it was worth it, trying to get a rise out of me or a chuckle out of the kitchen. Your parents must be very proud.

Anyway, Spangles, please use this as a learning opportunity for Micol and anyone else who may not be aware that this sort of behavior is unprofessional, rude, and isn't helping to retain customers.

I won't be coming back. Please use all of my points to help cover meals for others. ✌️“

“The people that took my order and brought it out were very sweet. It was busy when I got there but they were very efficient (I got my food 5 ish minutes after ordering). I recommend if you want iced coffee, that you just get the normal cold brew, that's what I normally get. The french vanilla is a little too sweet.“

The only other thing I could possibly complain about is that one of the credit card reader machines needs some maintenance, but that's pretty minor. “The service was surprisingly good for a fast food style of restaurant. They were kind enough to bring the food to our table when it was ready. It was our first time eating at a Spangles so we had no idea what to expect and still found ourselves surprised. The medium drinks are huge. We were a family of 6 going (which contains three adults plus kiddos) and found a nice corner table to eat at. It wasn’t very busy for dinner on a Saturday evening. The portions were also good size. A little pricier than other fast food chains, but it is closer to sit down restaurant type of food (without the cost of them). We will definitely be back.“

“Who doesn't love tacos?! On the way home from work, I stopped by Taco Shop and picked up 12 fried flour tacos, beans, burritos, and a #1 combo, all for under $30.00. You can't beat that price to feed your family. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. She kept apologizing for taking so long entering my order because they just got a new computer system. They were all so nice and happy I couldn't even tell that there was a delay. If you haven't tried Taco Shop, I would recommend for you to give them a try.“

“Staff is always courteous and greets you when you walk in the door. Even when they're busy as I get out at least one member of the team always notices when you walk in the door and says (Welcome to Braum's ) and you can't get much better than braum's ice cream. Unless you go homemade or Ben n Jerry's n even then the flavor options are better at Braum's!“

“My wife and I celebrated 40 years since we met on a blind date at Pizza Hut May 18th. Outstanding quality of pizza. We had a thick crust super supreme (minus the mushrooms). Our waitress did an outstanding job! Tipped over 100% on the bill.“

“No question this is the most inexpensive place to get great ice cream in the whole city. We went with four people the other day, who got whatever they wanted and the final price was less than $10. I kid you not. I laughed to myself as I got up my credit card to pay thinking maybe I could get one thing for that price at an upscale ice cream store. “I went in and got some subs for lunch and I just have to say I was so impressed with the guy that made my food. I missed getting his name, but he was a slim black guy with a friendly attitude and warm smile. He greeted me when I walked in the door and made my whole experience above par. He will be the reason we pick Subway instead of Spangles or any other restaurant around that area.The only thing I was irritated with was there has to be something wrong with the salt and pepper combo shaker because my subs were made the same and both are so salty you can barely eat them. I had to rinse off the vegetables close to the opening edge of the sandwich because it's so salty it's almost not edible, but THAT WAS NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT! I asked for mayo, extra oil and vinegar and salt & pepper, which I watched him put the S&P on and it looked like a normal amount. So i figure there is a problem with the shaker itself.“

I hope Jasmine is compensated well as she DESERVES it!! FINALLY a Taco Bell that “fills” the quesidea how it should be. As others only fill the tip of it and nothing but tortilla is left to eat!“
