I got a bowl and my fiancé got a burrito, let me just say it was packed and the burrito wasn’t properly packed right food was falling out of it along with the aluminum foil being open and not wrapped correctly. My bowl was smashed and open it up and foot piled up to the rim and cold .. I had to reheat our food back up and this cost me almost 50 bucks … not happy and this is our first time going here since it opened … I don’t know if I’ll be back for awhile
This was the first drive thru pickup that I’ve seen and had the pleasure of using. Let me say it’s such a game changer! I wish there were these in Phoenix!They did an excellent job with building the bowls, good portioning also.

Horrible experience at this location. Service is slow, staff standing around not doing anything. The portions were tiny compared to the other Chipotle in town. I went here for a second time hoping I just had a bad experience once, but the second time was just as bad.
