Everytime I am in Topeka I stop by the mall and get a sugar cookie for my mom and I. Best cookies ever.
Locally owned and baked...great value for fresh baked!
My first time in Topeka, Kansas found the wind gusting into the 40’s. Once I dropped off the highway, instead of being relegated to the hotel treadmill, I was able to wander across the parking lot to the Westridge mall.
