Panchos Mexican Food offers really delicious food. The service is usually kinda awkward or mundane feeling but not bad. The atmosphere is pretty good, with a hint of awkward, but pretty good. It is one of the last remaining panchos to have indoor seating. The condiment bar is top notch. It is a great place to stop for some good burritos on your drive, with a quick drive-thru that is convenient for an i-70 diverted drive. The burrito is pretty car friendly to eat. Portions are perfect, it tastes great, and it does not break the bank. The service is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. The food is fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Every dish comes out hot and well-prepared. The portions are generous and everything is delicious. The menu is very large. One dish, Machaca, was a little over seasoned, but there were no other complaints. This place is worth checking out for good Mexican food.
