“Everything was great, but I told the manager that I wanted more than the maximum number of sauce packets for the honey roasted barbecue and he said OK that’s fine that he would take care of me and he did not. I understand that there is a limit on things, but when a customer asks you for a little bit extra, take care of them.“

“This Culver's seems like it's going downhill. It used to be amazing but this past time we went there the trash in the bathroom was overflowing like no one wanted to take it out and they weren't even busy when we went for lunch. I had to ask for more condiments as they put only a drop of mustard and ketchup on my burger. Maybe it was just an off day?“

“Great Staff and the food is always fresh and was correct and the staff is always friendly and always smiling and they really try to take care of their guest! The place maybe needs a refresher and make over but they does not affect them or the food. GREAT JOB RALLY'S.“

“I've eaten here a couple of times since my daughter started at WKU.
This morning while taking her back we stopped here and ate breakfast. The lady did greet us but upon making small talk, she didn't seem to interact.
We were seated and received our food quickly, it was hot, fresh and so good. I ordered the porkchop and gravy biscuit meal with the hash rounds. They tasted amazing! 👏 👏 👏
My husband ordered a dbl. sausage sandwich meal. He enjoyed his food. The place appeared clean and not overly busy. The drive thru seemed really busy since it was morning.
I would return to this location in the near future.“

“Vegetarian options: I don't know how to put it but I've been there quite a few times I never let me down at fast and the food is very delicious whatever choice you make it is very appealing I recommend all my friends on my neighbors and all who acts highly highly recommended
Parking: They have quite a big parking and on the orders drive-thru no problem“

“The interior just refreshed, it looks clean and more spacious inside, and the food is the best you'll find available in a fast food establishment. My favorite is The Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich.
Alan, the manager, is always there working hard alongside his wonderful staff, and it's also about the quickest service you'll find from a fast food place in town. Highly recommended!“

“Usually don't leave comments but this experience was so exceptional, it just has to go up here. I am a massive critic of how restaurants have fallen off a cliff lately and no one cares. Well, this arby's was absolutely AWESOME. The 4 for $10 is a GREAT DEAL and all 4 of my roast beef with cheese were absolutely AWESOME. Friendly and on point service too.“

“Tonight we played in Barren County. On the way home, I took the girls to Chick-fil-A in Bowling Green, KY, to grab some food. Let me just say — the workers at the Chick-fil-A on Scottsville Road tonight were absolutely amazing! Great service, great attitudes, and awesome personalities. You don’t get that at most restaurants, especially when a big group walks in about 45 minutes before closing. I applaud them tremendously! They had a great team lead as well. Still some truly great people in this world! 🫶🏾❤️🤍“

“i visited this location on 12/13/25 around 7 pm and i just wanted to brag on the staff for a moment. it was a bit busy when i came through but the staff was very friendly and welcoming and had my order brought out to me pretty quick. the food was great and cooked just how i asked to be. great job.“

“Well I have not eaten white castle in a couple of years but gotta say the guy working there was all by himself nobody helping him took orders made the food and drinks took the money and I didn't even wait any longer than if he had a crew. My food was hot and better than I thought it was going to be.“

“A friend of mine has been trying to get me to try this place for a long time. In my mind, Mexican is Mexican, there isn't much difference. They are all the same.
My friend said this place IS different. It is AUTHENTIC Mexican, and it is so good.
Well, today was the day.
I stopped in and ordered a birria taco with cheese. I only ordered one, because my intention was just to try it, so I could tell my friend I had.
Well....after ONE bite, I knew this was not your average Mexican place. This food IS truly authentic, and it is truly delicious. I ordered another birria taco and cheesey rice. I will be back to try more of their menu.
Don't let their strip mall restaurant fool you, it is the best Mexican you will eat.
The only drawback is, I wish they had a paper menu, that menu board is bright, and a little hard to read.“

“Awesome food awesome prices. Repeat customer dozens times. Dislike the crown of teens and young adults and their darned vehicle get together. Cannot get thru parking lot. Affects other Business I wish to frequent. Nuts and not needed. They need to move somewhere else and stop being selfish hogging up the driveways and parking spots. Uncalled for.“
