We understand they were busy but drinks seemed to take a while. Food came out staggered which was okay but not ideal. My choices were very good. Both under the 700 calorie list. “Our family comes to Longhorn a lot. Our service was not very good at all. Kept having to tell her multiple times about drink refills. Forgot about us. From the low-lit, rustic atmosphere to the comfy chairs, you are encouraged to relax and unwind from the time you walk through the doors - just what we needed after our long days at work. The crab cake appetizer and both meals (pork chop for me, Trifecta burger for Hubs) were absolutely divine, and fabulous service was provided by the very entertaining Tim and his assistant, whose name I sadly am unable to recall a week later. I can say he was a fine young man who rolled right along with the flow of things and kept pace with Tim like a seasoned pro! We thoroughly enjoyed everything, and we will definitely be back soon!!“

He listened and understood how cold I was and brought coffee asap and checked on me several times. Had chicken instead of steak, which was better than I expected. But since I was alone (and female) I got stuck in the booth that's walled in. Would have taken the bar.“

“we had a party of 6 we called ahead and still waited 30 min then we got seated and I was atleast satisfied we could sit down then it took a hour in a half to receive our food so the manager did come over and took 40 off for the inconvenience which was appreciated however when we were able to finally eat then our food was cold and my potatoes had curdled sour cream and it was completely nasty and it wasn't just my food all 6 of our food was not cooked well and was disgusting 🤢 and cold we should of had free meal as it was absolutely the worst“

“We had 13 people in our group it was our first time visiting and it did not disappoint! The waitress & waiters were very friendly, and the manager was on top of things. I asked him for a favor if we could be moved upstairs for our big party and they made everything happened. The Food was delicious! Our group had different type of steaks (All cook to perfection) salmon, Chicken piccata and all was superb! The atmosphere was romantic and the music was everything definitely takes you back in time. We weren’t going to order desserts, but we had the Tiramisu and it was the best I’ve ever had. We ordered cannolis, cheese cake and all were delicious. “Tonight my husband and I celebrated our 21st Wedding Anniversary at Prime in Cincinnati. The food was amazing and so was the atmosphere. We loved our server Mario. He was very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable and able to answer all questions we had. Mario even suggested drinks and food from the menu. We had a wonderful night. Service was amazing!! “Council Oak is in the Hard Rock Casino but is easily accessible. My Uber dropped us off by the front door and picked us up in the exact same spot. We were greeted upon arrival and were seated promptly as we did have a reservation. Service was well done from start to finish, and we had a manager stop by about halfway through the meal. It is loud inside, so do not expect an intimate meal. Lighting is great, but the ceiling is high and does not give off a cozy vibe. Others may love this, but it could be a detractor for some. Our food was well prepared but lacked the attention to detail on all servings you would get at "The Capital Grill" or "Flemmings." It's not that the food was not good it's just not up to the level for the same price point. Additionally, our portion size was large on the appetizer, small on salad, small on my lamb chop main course, and large on desert. My wife's chicken portion was huge, which was fantastic. All in all it a solid B to B+, and I would suggest you try it to see for yourself as your opinion and experience may be different.“

“We went here for a special occasion, our first time dining at a ruths chris. We were both super happy with our time here. Our steaks were delicious and perfectly cooked, not under/over: just right. My wife had a blackberry drink or some sort, it was delicious and filled to the top of the glass each time. The surf and turf was magnificent.

The garlic mash was delicious as well, and we had the chocolate sin cake i believe it was called: it was rich, but so tasty.

We couldn't be happier for a first outing. We will absolutely be back, the service was good as well.“
