“Long horn was good as usual. Busy on a Friday night had a party of 12 waited 10 minutes or so. Strange we got two servers and they split the table up it was very confusing because I felt like when we did catch the attention of one of the two they seemed annoyed we were asking for things like refills or napkins. But never the less paid the bill and left. It was a good spot for a family birthday dinner.“

We understand they were busy but drinks seemed to take a while. Food came out staggered which was okay but not ideal. My choices were very good. Both under the 700 calorie list. “we had a party of 6 we called ahead and still waited 30 min then we got seated and I was atleast satisfied we could sit down then it took a hour in a half to receive our food so the manager did come over and took 40 off for the inconvenience which was appreciated however when we were able to finally eat then our food was cold and my potatoes had curdled sour cream and it was completely nasty and it wasn't just my food all 6 of our food was not cooked well and was disgusting 🤢 and cold we should of had free meal as it was absolutely the worst“

“Tonight my husband and I celebrated our 21st Wedding Anniversary at Prime in Cincinnati. The food was amazing and so was the atmosphere. We loved our server Mario. “We had 13 people in our group it was our first time visiting and it did not disappoint! The waitress & waiters were very friendly, and the manager was on top of things. I asked him for a favor if we could be moved upstairs for our big party and they made everything happened. The Food was delicious! Our group had different type of steaks (All cook to perfection) salmon, Chicken piccata and all was superb! The atmosphere was romantic and the music was everything definitely takes you back in time. We weren’t going to order desserts, but we had the Tiramisu and it was the best I’ve ever had. We ordered cannolis, cheese cake and all were delicious. “This is one of our favorites places to eat, however the fillet was close to well done when I ordered it medium. (Normally they do this perfect!) Also normally the seasoning that used is amazing making it one of our favorite steak places. However Saturday it didn't taste like it had any seasoning at all. I didn't even eat half of it. The Johnny Bench special- sounded great but was lack luster as well. Hope things get back to normal!“
