“This McDonald's on Franklin's N Main St is fantastic! The food is hot, fresh, and delicious each and every time. I have personally witnessed rude, aggressive customers give false complaints that I could prove as such, and yet, the employees remained calm, did not return the rudeness and aggression, and resolved the issues. The crew and management are very friendly to each other and to customers, and they communicate very effectively in the kitchen, even adding a little humor to ease the daily grind. Indeed, they seem to push through long, busy drive-thru lines with grace. I strongly recommend promotions, raises, and other forms of appreciation and congratulations to the crew and their management.“

“The first time I went in there a guy manager was after midnight he was in A double S. Very rude caused me to turn around and walk out.
But with my job at that time, I wanted them to be able to redeem themselves and when the lady manager is there after midnight she's absolutely amazing along with the staff that night that I went in that I walked out I didn't get to enjoy the staff because that manager calls me to walk out with his rude mouth very rude The most rudest manager I've ever been waited on bye and I walked out.
