“This store was dirty. The lobby was atrocious. No one spoke when we entered or exited. We looked at 6 different tables before finding a clean one. The floors had wet places everywhere no sign or caution marks. The employees were just holding up the counters. If they don’t have a lobby attendant they need one.“
