“Food is fabulous BUT I don't like that you must order online if you want to order ahead - you can't call it in anymore. Here is why that's a problem: Special instructions were completely ignored, brownies are not listed in the menu and never have been (even though they have them in store). Cannot leave a tip online and I have no idea if it counts toward my reward points (which are not offered online). Today when I picked up, most were nice but one girl rolled her eyes at me at least twice - to be fair it was lunchtime but still...“

“I’ve lived in Hoptown since I was 7 and I’m 20 years old now. This has always been my go-to location for subway in the area, whether doordashing delivery, pickup, or ordering in store, I am always extremely satisfied with the freshness of my meal as well as how quickly the kind lovely staff makes it for me. Nothing less than the best I am always greeted by the familiar faces I’ve seen since I was a little girl. You can always come here expecting a nice lunch or dinner no matter what the day of the week. I think a lot of the reviews here are based on racism given that the owners are Indian but they’ve been nothing less than kind and grateful for my business“

“The guys that work at this subway are phenomenal. Very courteous, and are subway pros. They are fast and yet attentive to your order. This subway is our favorite. Keep it up guys.Parking: Plenty of parking is available. It's just somewhat confusing as how to enter the parking lot from the main road to turn into the parking lot.“

“Vegetarian options: There were at least a half a dozen vegetarian options on the lunch menu alone.Parking: Limited number of parking spots available in front of store but behind store there were plenty of supplemental spots to park.Kid-friendliness: Very spirited upbeat an atmosphere where children were encouraged by staff to enjoy and ask questions.“
