“I hadn't been in McAlister's Deli in a few months due to a couple of not so good experiences in a row; however, we were having a mommy/daughter day last week, so this is where my kiddo wanted to go. I couldn't see the menu all that well due to leaving my glasses. The cashier noticed, and brought me a menu to look at. Kudos to her for this👏🏽👏🏽 My daughter saw a new lemonade, but was hesitant to order it because she didn't know if she'd like the taste. Again, the cashier noticed, and let her taste it. In case you can't tell, the customer service bar was now even higher, and we hadn't even placed our order yet! I ended up getting the nachos and my daughter had this huge baked potato with her new lemonade flavor of course. There wasn't many people dining in that day, but I would attribute that to the snow/ice we just had dropped on us a few days prior. The restaurant was clean and they were playing some good 90s music over the speaker that we loved by the way. Our food was brought out to us and the sweet cashier even came out to check on us as we were eating. The food was great and it came to just under $20, which was not bad if you had seen the size of the nachos and that potato🤣 It was a great experience and I'm grateful that I didn't allow a couple of previous negative experiences keep me from returning again. I'm so sorry for not getting the young lady's name that was our cashier, but I will be sure to when we return. She was amazing!“

“I’ve lived in Hoptown since I was 7 and I’m 20 years old now. This has always been my go-to location for subway in the area, whether doordashing delivery, pickup, or ordering in store, I am always extremely satisfied with the freshness of my meal as well as how quickly the kind lovely staff makes it for me. Nothing less than the best I am always greeted by the familiar faces I’ve seen since I was a little girl. You can always come here expecting a nice lunch or dinner no matter what the day of the week. I think a lot of the reviews here are based on racism given that the owners are Indian but they’ve been nothing less than kind and grateful for my business“
