“Our waitress Montana was great. The taco salad I ordered wasn't available (the kitchen failed to tell her they were out of taco meat until we had already ordered and we're waiting for a while), she was super informative and super friendly with us. Due to the issue with our order, she offered us a free dessert which was excellent.“

“A friend , convinced me to go with her to this location . First time , ever having a Krystal burger . I was expecting it to taste just like , White Castle , but to my surprise , it was Better !

“The service was prompt. The folks behind the counter were helpful. The dining area was clean and open. The food was tasty. The milkshakes were great. We got three to start with: 2 chocolate and one vanilla. Those were so good we got 4 strawberry shakes to go to sip slowly as we went down road.

Vegetarian options: They comped us a Sprite.

Parking: It was a shared parking lot so it had plenty of room.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for the kids to wander around, but no "play places" like the big burger chains.

“Staff at 8:26 PM on Friday, December 20th deserve a raise or bonus, only time I've went to a Taco Bell that was actually "Fast Food" ordered 2 combos and everything was in there (that's a new for Taco Bell as well, my first time coming to this specific one though and will hopefully be back.) Staff very nice and fast, food was hot and as fresh as Taco Bell can be.“

“Hardee's is a good place to eat the Hardee's on south main is great I know the store manager he is great guy . Every time get food from there the food is always hot and fresh Chuck Caldwell“

“Overall the food is very good especially for the prices. We ordered on line and picked up through the drive through. Somewhat disappointed when we got home and didn't have some.of the source we ordered after waiting in line for probably 10 minutes. The manager was great about fixing the error for our next visit though.“

“Alex took my order. I had already warned him of my big order to go. He was very polite, kind, and patient with me. He offered to help me multiple times because I was by myself and was not able to carry my order out of my car. He also made sure to double check that my entire order was correct. This may sound like he was doing his job, but most workers do not take the time to actually do each of these things. I appreciate him, and wanted to leave this good review for him!“

“We so enjoyed our lunch today! Not only was the lady who took our order super helpful and patient, the food came out hot, fast, and delicious! We got a great salad, crispy tenders, perfect Texas toast and fries, and amazing tea. This is the first time we have ever been to a Slim Chickens— I will be sure to go to the next one I run across!“

“There are 2 burger kings in London, KY and the one on Main St is much better than the other. I do not live in London, but have driven from KY to TN many times (50?) and this is where I stop to eat if hungry. I didn't realize such a big difference until the last 2 times. I ate at the more southern one Nov. 15, and then main st Dec 16. I always get the exact same thing. This one on Main St the buns are fresher, the toppings are better, fries are fresher and hotter, and the wait time is much less. The people are friendly at both locations but it seems like things are moving faster and better at the main st location.“

“Shout out to the team this morning for a job well done. There were cars wrapped around the restaurant and customers lined up inside the restaurant. You guys were hopping, trying your hardest and fastest! All with a smile on your face and greeting customers warmly and kindly. We waited patiently for our turn. Our order was correct and we didn’t have to wait long at all once we ordered. I even witnessed other customers willing to help fill up cup lids at the soda counter and volunteer to empty the trash (although management thanked them and declined the offer). Shame on the “Karens” and “Brads” who were rude and obnoxious to staff that were working their tails off. If you can do better or work faster, then fill out an application and join their team to help them, not criticize and be mean to others. Karma. Thank you Team Hardee’s. “I went in for the first time to order some sub's. I met the employees Angie and Tiffany. Now talk about polite and respectful and professional!!! Not only did they earn my respect but they've earned my business from now on. My wife and I will be ordering from here from bow on. “Fix your ovens, every other time we order, the pizza has a barely cooked bottom. I'm guessing you either shut off the lower heating element or it doesn't work half the time. Fix it as it's annoying eating nearly half raw pizza.“
