Arby's in Louisville

“This Arby's offered a clean and tidy dining room, professional acting staff, and consistent food quality. My favorite thing by far, however, is the huge vintage sign out front!! I remember it being there from at least the early 1980s. I hope it's there for years to come.“

“I went to Arby's for lunch took it back to work on the order I had the chicken wrap just to find out that my wrap was so hard that I could not chew it I had to return it to the store after lunch around 3:00 I was very disappointed because I always tip them well the ladies or whoever Waits on me at the time are very courteous kind and considerate and do a very good job this was not their fault they never should have been served this to pass on to Consumers I truly think this wrap was left over from a day or so going unnoticed I'm not giving up on this Arby's but I do want to see them improve on evaluating their food delivery service

“Okay, we stopped here on our way down to Tennessee the day before Thanksgiving, and it blew me away. I was craving their cheese sticks, but love me a beef n’ cheddar. I was thrown off by the route, because it took us down a “No Outlet” street that wasn’t a no outlet, but we were so rewarded . I’m not kidding, one of the best sandwiches I have had in my life, 20 minutes before they closed non the less. The gentleman running the window was nice, and apologized for the brief wait, stating the mozzarella sticks were made to order. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly sauced. We just got back from thanksgiving dinner, and still talked about the sandwiches from Arby’s. You all should be proud of the quality put out at that store. Maybe it was because of who was running that shift, they should be rewarded.“

“Stopping by for a quick snack and bathroom break while visiting Louisville, KY. Used the 2 for $7 Greek Gyro wraps coupon which is my favorite sandwich at Arby's!

Of course we had to order their curly fries to go with the Gyro! With Arby's famous Horsey Sauce, we had such a great meal at an awesome price for the two of us!

Their service is exceptional especially for a fast food restaurant! The gentlemen who waited on us at the cashier really make this a great visit!

Definitely will return when we are able to!“

“When you come her give a shout out to Carol. She took our order, was very informative, nice and friendly.
Enjoying a shared meal with hubby. We get the #3 meal with double meat. Plenty for 2 people. Although there was no ketchup in the dispenser, Carol was very quick to give out packets.

Parking: Plenty of parking spots on both sides of the restaurant.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are parking spaces available and the tables are wheelchair friendly. Unfortunately, I have yet to see automatic doors.“

“Extremely nice staff and the fastest drive-thru I’ve ever been in. I kind of thought my order was a little large and would take some time but from ordering to receiving my food after paying was no more then 90 seconds. Everything was correct and delicious. Fantastic service. Wish I could give 10 stars.“

“This is my favorite Arby's open late good employee's clean I don't get to go often because of health but this is my go to for comfort food.shout out to your employees awesome!!!.and all Arby's are not good ,awful service and food at Dixie highway and management .so save your money if you can't go to the one on Crittenden drive go home save your money and stress because you will be pissed off at other locations for Arby's.“

“I had a couple of coupons, so I decided to go ahead and use them.

Vegetarian options: I had curly fries with horsey sauce and an Andies shake. In general, potatoes and milk products are vegetarian but not vegan.

Parking: Also handicap parking near the door“

“I love Arby's beef and cheddar's!!! Actually, my first job was for an Arby's in Illinois. It was when they first came out and had the big cowboy hat on their sign. I have to feed my craving at least twice a month for a sandwich and Jamaica shake!!!“

“Went thru drive thru, I asked for extra sauces.. was willing to pay for them even.. when I looked in bag there was 3 sauce packets for 6 sandwiches! The employees act as if the cost is coming out of there paycheck.. food was good tho

She was very friendly and I really appreciate that, bc you just never know what kind of service you will get these days. There are a couple of places I avoid bc of how rude the workers always are.
