“This place is a 10/10! The atmosphere and staff were AMAZING!! We came to Louisville for the day to find my wedding dress. After I said yes to the dress we decided to try Mussel and Burger Bar! They made my day 1000x extra special, took care of my food and drinks, and even gave me a platter of desserts to try! We are coming back to Louisville for my bachelorette and we will definitely be visiting this place again! The seafood burger was also delicious!“

“I went here for the first time tonight and not only was the food great and reasonably priced...the staff was amazing!! I actually left my phone at the table and didn't realize until about a hour later. When I got there they had put it away for me in a safe place. I was SO thankful and bc of their kindness I wanted to write this review. I enjoyed my Philly and the environment is great. Thank you both for helping tonight. “Went in to grab a bite to eat from reading a posting how food is served went inside.. very casual laid back Bar. I asked if food was served and got a quick no from a local, I had some things to do and needed to grab a quick bite so I left.. as I was backing out they came outside and stopped Me saying they had $5-6 pizza if that was ok. I went back inside had a pretty good pizza 🍕 the staff was really friendly making Me feel welcomed being new to the area, had a couple beers introduced myself and left. “Bud’s is the best! The friendliest service and the best fried fish ever. My order is almost always the fish fingers and a cup of their bean soup because both are the chef’s kiss. Their open faced roast beef special on Thursday is killer too, as is their Carolina Burger. Wonderful all around, this place!“

“I live very close to here and my kids like to go over just to run around.. there is tons of open space and seating on the covered patio n outside area. I have eaten at Jeffs doughnuts, Bandits pizza and Bunz burgers (I haven't eaten here since Bunz has moved to this location but Im quite sure its the same delicious food) and all 3 are super delicious. Jeffs doughnuts is kinda pricey.. for a doughnut i mean and Bandits pizza and Bunz burgers has very reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend trying this place out. I will for sure be back to try all of the other restaurants.“

“This is a nice little bar with very friendly people. The drinks are very cheap but are very good. We often eat lunch here or we carry out dinner. The food is excellent. The fish is the best! If you pick a good night, try the karaoke it is very fun. Nice family owned bar and grill.“

“We were planning to go to another restaurant in the same parking lot. We choose The Shed, based on the number of cars in the parking lot. That referral did not disappoint! We had the Beer Cheese Burger and Fries. So GOOD we went back the next day for the same meal! Great Sports Bar vibe without being too noisy.“

“upon entry 2 staff members behind the bar and a female staff member at the entry to kitchen behind a wall chatting it up on her phone. People were observed leaving due to no service. after 10 minutes I asked for a bar towel to clean a table so my party and I could sit down. food was mediocre at best and our pretzel bites allegedly weren't even written down. we did get the pretzel bites after our meals were served and someone please tell me why the hell we couldn't get a rootbeer served when it's on the menu?! guy said he couldn't serve it where we were sitting. Not sure any of them had a bit of ambition as they were very snail like. 🙄 I encourage you to keep walking, don't let the loud music lure you in!“

“The staff is amazing! Tanya is the kindest and most efficient bartender I have ever met. Not to take away from the other staff! The other bartenders, cooks, servers and support staff are awesome as well! The food is just as great as I remember from the 1970's, 80's and 90's! I LOVE to visit Check's every time I come back home!“

“My brother and I go every other Thursday and I always bring my canine partner Luna 1400 Adam the staff absolutely love Luna and they treat us like family. I would highly recommend the Tumbleweed on Bardstown Road in West buechel because from walking in the front door Shelby greets you and treats you like family then our waiter or waitress comes over we know everybody by name and they call us by first name it's definitely a wonderful atmosphere please give them a try. “I went on a Sunday afternoon, it was quiet and I had a booth immediately no waiting, my server took care of me well had the smoked cheddar bacon burger and waffle fries. My server was friendly and stayed on my drink food was correct no miscommunication was taken care of promptly no complaints. 👌“

“Excellent lunch service. Our server was very attentive and hit all the marks of excellent waitressing. She brought drinks just ahead of needing them. She brought chips ahead of needing them. Our order was correct. My only complaint is the portion sizes as compared to the many local Mexican restaurants. The quality and temperature of the food was good. Would return to this location.“
