Chick-fil-A in Louisville

“Order a chick fil a sandwich and a side order of mac and cheese. Sandwich and mac and cheese were hot and delicious. Staff was super courteous and friendly. As we were leaving, they asked to refill our drinks. Chick-fil-A never disappoints me.“

“This is one of the best Chick-fil-A experiences I’ve had in a while! There are Chick-fil-A restaurants everywhere and they are pretty consistent but this store is a cut above. The food taste was excellent. The waffle fries actually had taste. The chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The employees had it down pat! This one is worth the extra mile drive if you’ve not been thrilled with them lately.“

“A magnificent place, I have eaten and currently work here, the hygiene in the preparation of food is very strict, very good hygiene cleaning, very good preparations, spectacular taste of all the foods that are prepared. “Went through drive thru, A new guy taking orders from cars was taking a long time to get the orders logged in and accept payment, the other line was moving 5 cars to the other lines 1-2 car's, finally the manager came out to see what the hold up was, I then pulled up to the new guy taking orders and as I told him the order I could tell he was having trouble remembering what I just said, I had to repeat myself about four times, I guess he was nervous, it's understandable. Food was good.“

This is the best Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever had. Since they specialize in delivery/catering the food was all so fresh, made to order. My fries were crispy and perfectly salted. ? The chicken tasted super fresh and moist. My boyfriend got a salad and he thought the chicken ( grilled ) was better than usual. I got the fried nuggets and they were the same high standard freshness. It was fast, my order was ready about 3 minutes after it said it would be. The workers were polite and nothing was missing.

Parking: It’s a normal business lot. It’s a small building by a gas station that houses two business with a small but appropriate sized surface lot.“

“Ordered a delivery for take out. Had never seen a drive through system like theirs but it was very quick and efficient. Everyone was very friendly and made the process run smoothly. Food was incredibly delicious, warm and fresh. Highly recommend.“

“I'm in employee of the mall and I go to Chick-fil-A a lot because the employees are really nice and willing to give a refill. They are also never acting like it's an issue to serve you and they are always really polite. I feel like this location also is pretty quick and the team seems to work together well. I would say 99% of the time my food has been fresh and I will continue to support this location.“

“It was a late dinner, just before closing. The place was wrapping up so there was no line, just great service, fast food, and delicious. The employees at Chick-fil-A always seem well trained and this location was no different. All the employees we interacted with were courteous, attentive, efficient, and hard working. The place was quite clean after what I'm sure was a long day of serving customers.

Parking: I was there right before closing so personally I had no problems finding parking.“

“This was probably the best chicken biscuit I ever had. I added cheese and bacon. The biscuit was soft and buttery, the chicken was hot an juicy, the bacon was crispy and smokey, and the cheese was creamy and melty. It was so good. I didn't think to take a pic. Perfect sandwich. The tater tots were hot and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
I tried their chocolate chip cookies for the first time, thanks to a free coupon that I received after playing their cow game. I never knew they were oatmeal chocolate chip! I'm now addicted. So much better than the brownies.“

“Chick-fil-A has really perfected the art of the efficient drive thru! It's a rare day we have to wait more than a couple mins before we're getting our food and on our way (though I suppose ordering ahead in the app helps, too!) Staff are always friendly and I appreciate that they ask if you want to add or change anything cos I've been known to have a last minute brownie craving on more than a few occasions. At busy times of day, parking lot can be a dumpster fire, but that's not really the restaurant's fault imo...just impatient and hungry drivers!

Vegetarian options: Veg-friendly options are mostly gonna be sides and dessert (ie: nothing super protein dense), but that's kinda to be expected at a chicken focused restaurant, imo.“
